Please avoid using this AI study tool

would strongly advise against using Mindgrasp AI.

The study features were underwhelming, but my biggest issue was the subscription process. During the free trial, the pricing made it seem like I was signing up for a monthly subscription. Instead, I ended up being charged for an annual plan. And they don't offer a refund option at all, which is ridiculous and doesn't make sense.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company, but it wasn't resolved because of how the subscription terms were presented. I then contacted Mindgrasp directly and asked if they could at least charge me for the time I had actually used the service and provide a partial refund for the remaining months.

For the past three months, I've received essentially the same response over and over: that they're still waiting on the bank's decision. Meanwhile, my credit card company has already told me that there's nothing more they can do and that I need to work directly with the merchant.

After looking into it further, I found that many other users have reported similar experiences on review websites and forums.

There are plenty of AI study tools available today. Based on my experience, I can't recommend paying for this one. If you're considering trying it, read the subscription terms very carefully and make absolutely sure you understand whether you're signing up for a monthly or annual plan before entering your payment information.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Signed up for the free trial and then it would not allow me to cancel or provide any contact information to cancel. Charged me over $200 as part of a subscription. Finally found a contact email and emailed multiple times with no response. Found that they changed the cancelation page after they charged me and still would not allow me to cancel, only provided an email. Emailed this email and again no reply. I finally filed a back charge with my credit card company and only then did I get a response about my cancelation. Total scam. They intentionally use different names (i hate reading / Mindgrasp) to avoid people from seeing bad reviews.

We paid for premium on the 14th April

We paid for premium on the 14th April, and it has almost been a month, without the use of that subscription type, and it is still not working.

We were told by email support to log out and back in to the devices, but it is still showing “scholar” subscription and not “premium” subscription,

Can you please rectify this as soon as possible as we are in the middle of exams and really need the premium account that we had paid for over a month ago!!

I canceled this free trial service ages…

I canceled this free trial service ages ago. I did so explicitly, but now I'm getting billed almost £100. The fact they don't even notify you that you're currently on a free trial is already scammy. What good reason for a company not to even remind users that their free trial is almost up? In my situation, I have canceled the trail.

Top notch👌

First of all the best thing I can say is it’s user friendly feature and also makes me learn way easier. I study linguistics and Chinese and I don’t have much luck understanding Chinese but this ai has made it possible and very easy.

they dont let you CANCEL

I canceled my subscription because the service is lacking a lot and just a free plan of ChatGPT is better, the problem is they literally make it as hard as it possibly can to cancel the service they make it literally a pain in the ass. Now I have canceled it like last December after my exam. And they gave me the confirmation that it was canceled, but they keep trying to charge me monthly all the time thankfully revolut helped me cause I just blocked their access to my card and that's it but horrible service horrible product just useless.
