The training that I have enrolled turned out to be my worst nightmare. The so-called ‘hands-on labs’ were actually just slides with screenshots and no real Workday environment to use for the practice. The teacher mentioned ‘advanced features’ many times but always forgot to disclose them; he just shared a 50-page PDF and he said, ‘self-study.’ I turned to them with a complaint and they said that real-world Workday admins are the ones who ‘get a hang of things themselves.’ The final assignment required a whole recruiting workflow to be set up, but the instructions were so unclear that I had to look up everything on Google. As it turned out, half of the steps were no longer in use with the recent Workday updates. The support team’s feedback was, ‘Consult the materials.’ Had there been an option for zero stars, I surely would have chosen it.

I joined the Workday Recruiting course with aspirations for HR tech advancement, but it seems like my decision was misleading. The instructor's videos contained visuals from Workday of 2018 and he just stuck to the basic definitions, instead of real-world use cases even if the questions were interesting and raised by the students. I had an experience of asking for the way of doing reporting analytics and the support team were unable to answer my question for one week and then sent me a copy-paste answer from the Workday community forum. There was no practical part of the course, no real situation simulations—just the usual lectures and unclear explanations. Nowadays when discussing this particular program during interviews, recruiters quickly identify it as one of those programs, not worth it and that teach nothing that is applicable. I regret not scanning the reviews more thoroughly before I wasted my money.

The Workday training turned out to be frustrating and in vain. The trainer not only did not tell the right amount of the topics that were promised but also covered only elementary IF statements, whereas he never got to complex functions such as Round or Index. The biggest part of the lessons was all about their speaking all the time about their 'industry experience', while we were sitting and looking at a frozen screen. Not to mention that the training materials were of the lowest quality—screenshots were given for the 2018 Workday UI, but, in fact, the UI was different, so it was not possible to browse the same page. When I approached them with this issue, they defended themselves by saying, "The logic is the same," and as a result, they remained adamant to change anything. The instructor was really boring and I had to change to another service, namely, Udemy, to pay my money for the useful courses. I will definitely avoid this—a silly topic is what this training will leave you with in the end.

I honestly have no reservations whatsover in absolutely recommending her academy to anyone desirous of a long-term ERP/Workday career.

The company ERP cloud training provides all trainings and hence I joined their program to get training in extend module with developer site access only accessible to few partners and they are one of them. My client hired me as a developer although I knew little of extend but later developed my skills via practice with Marys help.

I enrolled in Workday adaptive planning live class in January and the one on one live instructor led training taught adaptive insights and Workday adaptive planning.

Workday extend training with developer site access provided the tech I needed to create apps in Workday.

Workday pro certification help was provided for any module certification so i opted for workday adaptive planning , finance snd prism analytics.
I will remember this decision forever

Wprkday adaptive planning course was extensive with practical models and implementation guides. I lesrnt both Workday side and adaptive insights side of implementatiin which helped me yo attend interview and get certificstion

I learnt from ERP cloud training in live class in core HCM, time, absence, talent and performance modules and I had the a good career because of the knowledge i gained in implementation.

I took Workday extend training, erp cloud training arranged a individual tutor and trained me one on one. I was able to develop finance, hcm apps using the extend development tenant. Workday extend is not taught anywhere but here, I wantbto explore more in PAAS.

I took the workday finance training and it covered journals, receivables, payables, reporting, worktag, birt reports, assets, banking snd settlement in recent version both official workday certification.

I wasted a lot of time on this Workday HCM course and it was a really bad performance. The trainer did not have any practical experience but only presents the same old ideas. This so-called 'hands-on labs' were nothing special, they were a mere simulation and in fact, the Workday used tenant was a demo version which was set to a completely empty state so that we could not work with real data. There was also no discussion of possible problems, and the 'real-time projects' were videos which were recorded earlier without any communication. After I finished the course, I tried to get a job, but every time, I was removed from the technical round because in it there was no knowledge about how to handle security roles or reporting. The 'placement assistance' was just an empty list of LinkedIn job offers which the one could find on his own before that. If you are really interested in Workday, forget about this scam.
