This service is a scam and fraudulent, I cancelled my subscription with them 2 years ago cause it wasn’t useful and after 2 years they charged my account, reactivated my subscription without my authorization. I tried reaching out to customer service about this issue 4 times so far but no response. It’s frustrating this is happening to a lot of people and nothing is being done about it. I’m thinking of gathering a case of fraud or violating the FTCs click to cancel rule. Their products aren’t worthy so they steep to this level to steal from people to get money.
