Absolute jokers

Absolute jokers. Offered me £50 for a brand new with tags Belstaff 100 year anniversary jacket made of nappa back suede, this jacket is over £1000 online. They are just compete thieves trying to rip people off to make large profits themselves. Stay away.

Fake item

Thought I'd got a bargain by paying less than half the retail price for a pair of Gucci shoes. Joke was on me, they uploaded pictures from Selfridges site and sent me a fake pair of shoes 😂. Tried to fob me off with saying it was the shoes I bought, the hardware was a different colour, since had the shoes authentication checked and they are fake!

Reply from Label Source

Hi there, thank you for your feedback.

We're sorry to hear you feel this way. We'd like to clarify that we only ever use our own photographs of the exact items we have in stock and never use images from other retailers. Every item listed on our website is physically held in our warehouse and undergoes our strict authentication process before being offered for sale.

We only ever dispatch the exact item shown in the listing. Differences in lighting can sometimes make hardware appear slightly different in colour, but this does not mean a different item has been supplied.

We remain fully confident in the authenticity of the item supplied. If you'd like to discuss your concerns further, please contact us at info@label-source.co.uk, and we'll be happy to assist.

Thank you

Terrible returns.

Bought a lot from label source over the past couple years, only ever had to send one item back that was a watch that didn’t work. This time I sent back an item which I just changed my mind on, they’ve had it for days, no email to say they’ve received it or sending a refund. Customer support said they’ve refunded it but I have no refund and they listed the item back on the site as soon as they got it back and it has since sold. So they have my money for it and now the person who has since purchased it. It shouldn’t take days and days for a refund to come through after it’s been issued. I wanted to buy a couple of other things on the site once the refund had come through but will avoid now. Very quick to take your money but don’t want to return it.

£150 cap on returns – not clearly disclosed for high-value items

Previously a loyal customer, including selling a Chanel bag worth over £4,000. That changed after returning two items worth £415 using their prepaid label, which turned out to only cover up to £150 (Royal Mail's standard cap). The parcel was lost, Royal Mail approved the claim, but paid out just £150, leaving a £265 shortfall.

The £150 cap and advice to arrange your own insurance for high-value items only exists buried in their general Seller Terms & Conditions. It's not flagged or repeated at the point you actually create a return label, which is exactly when it matters.

For a business trading in high-value luxury goods, this is a real gap. Enhanced Royal Mail cover is cheap and proportionate for items worth hundreds or thousands of pounds, yet there's no warning about this when you need it most.

If you're sending anything valuable through Label Source, read the full terms carefully and arrange your own insured postage. I won't be using them again.

Put an item up for sale on their website. Said they didn’t want it even though they sell this brand on their website and I’ve sold a similar item to them before. It was in perfect condition, never used. I have been constantly low balled for offers by them and im absolutely fed up of this company. Will not be using again

Ridiculous Offers.

Submitted a Loro Piana Baby Cashmere cardigan new with its original tags. Original retail cost was £7,170…

They reviewed the item and offered £85.00…. A mere 1.1% of its original cost… like seriously?! They are probably praying on those who are absolutely desperate for cash… but it was the most ridiculous offer that could have been made. I can’t even believe me eyes.

Don’t bother selling here, they are a bunch of thieving cowboys.

Be aware or pricing

I submitted a jacket to check what price they give as i have a rare one brand new authentic i checked the price of this jacket on stock x which is going on 2.5k as value when label source gave me a price i laughed at because it was like taking advantage of people for low price they thought i was stupid that a jacket nearly worth 3k would sell it for 300 pounds and make a huge profit and when i emailed they didnt reply or nothing its been 1 month since my email but they havent responded that means if i sold that jacket i wouldnt see the money either

Sold items offered me 5 pounds per item…

Sold items offered me 5 pounds per item and sent reminders every day to post. Sold 6 items in total. Bought few bits of eBay that were authentic and passed checks only to find label source said could not pass as labels worn need to pay 20 pounds per item to return. Basically got quoted 5 pounds per item but wanted 90 pounds to return every thing or they will dispose of. Basically going to keep them told them I’ll invoice at full price for all item’s they ignored everything read eBay feedback and they are shocking do not by or do not sell be warned by this message so you don’t get conned offer low prices and list them on eBay for hundreds think people are stupid please take advice as am definitely going to expose them people comments are saying they are selling fake items not passing checks by eBay isn’t this funny they can’t even check themselves 20 pounds per item return is daylight robbery who charges that be warned

I think this company is good if you want a quick sale but they do low ball you. I sold a brand new amiri sweatshirt with tags and on got £100

But I needed the money quick . And they do fast replies and got the money in a few days

Would I use again ? Yes if I was in the same situation.
