DODGEY STAY CLEAR Sent over images of product was offered a price then told to pay £15 to have my item returned as it didn’t pass their checks item was exactly as photographed and at no point was I informed I would be paying for the return of my item if they decide. Unethical and misinformed reporting to trading standards to look into
Terrible, do not use! Dodgy company, PO BOX address, no one answered the phone, no customer support and they will not give a refund in line with distance selling regulations, read this policy: It is illegal and absolutely disgusting, I have reported them to trading standards!
Returns Policy
Label Source will be happy to credit the purchase price of your order if ALL of the following are true:
· The goods delivered do not meet your ordered requirements
· The goods were not manufactured to your specifications (i.e. ‘made to order’)
· The goods are returned:
o unused and undamaged
o in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery
o along with a returns note itemising the goods returned
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee based on any carriage costs incurred to deliver/transport goods. Refunds and credits will not be made until we have received and inspected the returned goods. No credit will be given in respect of delivery, postage, or transit charges – these costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to levy a 15% handling charge on any good returned for credit.
