Previously a loyal customer, including selling a Chanel bag worth over £4,000. That changed after returning two items worth £415 using their prepaid label, which turned out to only cover up to £150 (Royal Mail's standard cap). The parcel was lost, Royal Mail approved the claim, but paid out just £150, leaving a £265 shortfall.

The £150 cap and advice to arrange your own insurance for high-value items only exists buried in their general Seller Terms & Conditions. It's not flagged or repeated at the point you actually create a return label, which is exactly when it matters.

For a business trading in high-value luxury goods, this is a real gap. Enhanced Royal Mail cover is cheap and proportionate for items worth hundreds or thousands of pounds, yet there's no warning about this when you need it most.

If you're sending anything valuable through Label Source, read the full terms carefully and arrange your own insured postage. I won't be using them again.

I signed up a few years ago and have had some pretty good consultations, naturally you have a few that are a mismatch, this is seen as a crime in GP’s eyes, they cancelled my membership without any explanation whatsoever due to my foreign surname presumably, a complete lack of transparency and respect for experts who dedicate their time to providing valuable insights. If you are a seasoned professional from a diverse background looking to do some consulting work GLG, Third Bridge and Dialectica are amazing, firstly not only do they provide the best matches they are also supportive if you have a scenario where things do not work out which can happen. I emailed the membership and advisor email addresses and was completely ignored or provided with a blanket response. Avoid this network at all costs!!
