No issues with the car importing process regarding damage and the whole team had great communication except for one element who didn't give some updates as he should've upon the car arrival in Portugal and another one who I assume decided to just ignore one communication I have sent regarding some documents.
The car pickup in Germany has been delayed 2 or 3 times and even though it is not fully their responsability this company won't get my 5 star rating. IMO it would be a 4.5 star service.
I would recommend this company to anyone in Portugal looking to import a car from another european country.

I formally recommend Importrust's services. Although my process was lengthy due to an initial communication failure, which resulted in several months of processing and two importations, the team demonstrated exemplary professionalism in resolving all issues.
I particularly highlight António Eça (CEO) and José Preça (Sales), who showed tremendous empathy, attention, and constant availability. Their responsiveness to all my questions was fundamental to the success of the process.
As a demanding client, I study topics in depth. The process involved several complex legal matters: carbon emissions, vehicle toll classification, and homologation associated with IMT listings.
