Don't use they don't support customers
I use them to hire GLS to move 23 items from my apartment in Madrid area to Benidorm. They picked up the items on time on 5/29. However, GLS never delivered the items on 6/1 or the next 4 days. I hired a moving company and paid a lot of money to meet me at GLS warehouse and picked up the items. We had to wait over 10 minutes for GLS to even find all the items as they had no intention of delivering any time soon. I have waited over a month trying to get Genei to refund part of the contract that was not completed by GLS. They are getting nothing done so I will post a true review as they don't help a customer at all when their service companies don't do their jobs. I would avoid at all costs.
