This company is not trustworthy at all! I made the order 28/4, and at that time it showed me delivery time by 1/5. I proceeded with the order, as I needed the item immediately. Next day, the order was shipped and delivery time was 7-20/5. By then, the item is useless to me.I'll never buy again from this company

Terrible service, I will never use it again.
I am requesting a full refund as the product is counterfeit. There are several clear proofs:
1 The batch codes on the bottles do not match the batch code on the box.
2 The item is labeled "Made in Israel" but was shipped from China (CHN).
3 The batch code on the box is a sticker, which is not how original Kirkland products are marked. According to EU consumer protection laws, I am entitled to a full refund for counterfeit goods. I do not agree to pay for return shipping to China for a fake product. Fruugo support is not working.

Ordered skate board wheels in December for high was over 2 months ago. Went away to work for 4 weeks, kind of forgot about them a bit. No communication from anyone, difficult to E mail anyone at Fugroo...never again will I order anything from here. I think this is criminal company.

Good Platform, Improved Support Experience
Following the positive resolution of my case, I would like to update my review.
Although the initial response I received was rather generic and led me to leave a negative review on this platform, the issue was ultimately handled properly. Thanks to the support team’s work and their willingness to take a well-founded complaint seriously, I am raising my rating to 4 stars.
The marketplace itself functions well. However, I would recommend paying closer attention to seller verification, particularly with sellers based in China.
