I would give less than 1 star if I could. The adverts (various different companies lead to the same place) are totally not true. It says it has a water tank - I have yet to find it!!! When fully charged it lasts about 1 hour. It is nothing but an expensive, useless fan. I thought I was dealing with a UK business - but when asking for a refund (supposedly guaranteed) I have been told to return to an address in Hong Kong - Postage costing as much as I paid!!! AVOID!!!

Don't buy. It shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Facebook. I bought it in good faith because my 1st floor flat is unbearable with south-east heatwave.
It arrived all it is is a small desk tower that blows out air. The battery only lasts 2 hours. It certainly is not worth £86.

The item is not what it claims to be. It is just a fan, has to be in front of you to get any benefit. Well overpriced for an item with false advertising on Facebook.

I ordered two Coldeez air cons . Today two Coldeez fans arrived

This is just a fan it is not worth 59 pound plus postage 68 all together.do not bother you can buy a normal fan.im absolutely angry.do not buy!.

Not the product advertised , no part of the name the same! Made no difference to temperature or my comfort. A waste of money.

Ordered on 23rd June and have heard nothing since. I am raising a dispute with my bank. It is definitely a scam.

Rip off. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH product. The reel as advertised is inaccurate . For example it should you can adjust the temperature via a control. This is totally a FALSE claim

Not even one star no reply to my emails total waste of money Why do Facebook advertise so many products that are not fit for purpose even Amazon sell this so called Air con .But no one can get this company to refund our money back and by reading reviews there are a lot customers that want just that Their Money Back.

These cheap units turned up on checking extremely poor fan performance and definitely not cooling the air, as advertised, total waste of time and money. Have requested a return total disappointment, yet this company now wanted me to pay for return postage or made a pathetic refund off of $15 to keep these! Rejected this offer and will depending on their reply dispute this transaction

It's falsely advertised and a waste of money. It is JUST a small tower fan and does not cool the room in any way so don't buy as you can get a better fan for a lot less from any other retailer!

For the price I paid for this, was expecting alot more than what I got. Not worth it at all

I ordered this after seeing the add, paid way too much and it took over 10 days to be delivered, I thought it was a mini air conditioning unit but its, just a fan! Its ok for putting it right in front of me, I would be fine had it cost £20 but fir £70 I am fuming, dont buy!

I ordered a Coldeez Cooling Ace on 24th June 2026, it arrived on 4th July 2026. I have learned a very hard lesson, ALWAYS check on Trust Pilot reviews! I paid £86.60 in total, for the above item to include insurance if it goes wrong. I couldn't believe what a pathetic piece of 'machinery' it was ! FEEBLE! Anyway, I emailed and asked for a full refund as it was not what I wanted. Today, 6th July 2026, I was told I'd have to pay the shipping myself, approximately £80, and they would give me a refund of £8! What an absolute SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER ON FACEBOOK!!! I am a widowed pensioner and I ordered this in good faith thinking it would help me in our heatwaves. I can't afford to waste my money on this, I feel so stupid, and it makes me angry that this company is allowed to scam people in this way.

The item I received was not what I ordered.
Looks very similar to product in advert, but in reality just an ordinary small tower fan that I could have bought for a fifth of the price elsewhere.
Complete rip-off - do not buy from this company.

I ordered the coodeez cooling ace and the reviews were good and after ordering realised it was from China then cancelled but apparently on its way and still not arrived. It's supposedly being sent via relay but still getting no response. Also I'm worried if it and a big if it arrives it costs a fortune to return to china ? Any suggestions please ?

I only gave one star to get this page up don't try buying the coldeez I "ordered" one on the 24 th of June Iv had no contact at all not even confirmation email I can't get in touch but they have my money complete scam.

Another customer who stupidly ordered before checking reviews! The company has taken more money from my account than they should have! I only ordered today, and have tried to cancel and request a refund, but can't find a contact phone number, and no replies to several emails! Feeling a bit of a fool! I will be raising a claim via my bank account as a fraudulent purchase! 🤬🤬
