I wish I had read the reviews before making the mistake of purchasing this item. It is not at all as advertised - I received a Constant Wind Speed Tower Fan". It is not at all like the Coldeez Cooling Ace - a 'portable AC unit that provides reliable cooling technology'. Absolute rip off and scam. Cheap fan that does not cool and is not worth the money. Totally misleading advertising. Not a British company - is based in Hong Kong.

Complete scam. Wish I would have checked on here before parting £66 for a cheap fan made in China. Very sophisticated website. But completely fake.

Advertised as an air conditioner, it isn't.
At best it's a weak fan that just circulates warm air.
Not as advertised.
Don't waste your money, it really isn't worth a quarter of the cost.

This product is not as advertised. It's a basic fan, not a cooler. Claims that it cools a room from 92f to 62f in two minutes are an absolute lie. I tested Coldeeez's top output against my cheap £5 fan. Both emit just 40w airflow. Totally overpriced. This product and the people selling it are all guilty of a SCAM

No Coldeez branding on product, packaging or instructions which made me suspicious. This is branded M60 and has no water tank which was the key feature of the coldeez unit. Do not waste your money on this product

Total Ripoff. DO NOT BUY. Advertised to cool a room in 90 seconds. It's TINY. It wouldn't cool a room in 90 minutes. It's just a portable personal fan. No A/C at all. False advertising.

Absolute rubbish, I asked them how to send it back, on the website it says return if not happy, they don’t tell u it has to be sent to Hong Kong, they offered me £8 to keep it!!!!!

These are only small tower fans no bigger than a ruler. Do not be fooled by the adverts. Ordered 2 paid £129 in total for something not even worth £10. Do not cool a room at all think said can only be bought direct from them on amazon for £30 which still wouldn't pay.
Have returned at cost of £20 as they come from China not waiting to see it i will be refunded as promised in the 30 day return guarantee. Check to offer $15 refund instead of returning. No good if could would not give any stars

First of All, sell the product you advertise. £74 for something only worth about £15. Just a normal fan. My advice would be, stay away from this product. I have a normal fan that blows cooler than this. It's got to be a scam.

How did I fall for this trash.....It is not an Air Conditioner, it does no cooling whatsoever, instead it is just another fan and very low powered at that. Completely useless and the opposite of the sales description.

Thought it was a uk company so bought one at £59.99 the final price was £73.99 !! Eight pounds P&P plus 4.99 for something I did not order. I cancelled immediately by emailing a very small contact email hardly noticeable at the bottom of the page. To my amazement that contacted me back standard Ai generated emails and said I would get a refund within 2-3 working days. On the third day I emailed again and they said it had been processed. I got my refund of £68 +More emails them saying I had been fully refunded! I then emailed in no uncertain terms that they still owed me £5.99 and that nowhere were there any t&c’s stating that they would only partially refund therefore this was fraud and should immediately refund the remainder. They said it was being processed and after a few more days of chasing my £5.99 (my money not theirs) I got the refund. I am pleased I got a refund relatively quickly but really annoyed that I fell for it in the first place. So they get a 1* for giving me a refund!!!

Useless product. Very expensive for a desktop fan. Certainly doesn’t cool a room. Waste of money imho.

Product is junk. An overpriced fan built with poor quality components and so noisy. A con from start to finish.

It's lucky to get even one star!!! I can only agree with all the other reviews, CRAP! It is not an air conditioner, it is an expensive fan!!!! DO NOT BUY!

I received 3 of these fans,I too like many other customer expected a water tank to support the freeze cooling on the highest setting..no tank..I asked on google which said it was at the back,I undid the 2 screws,nothing comes apart.all moulded plastic..I originally contacted my credit card company as not received,then they came via yodel…now I’ve contacted them saying received but not as shown on advert..I have offer £15 back instead of sending them
Back and paying the postage to china,I replied asking for more as these sell for a lot less than what I paid…I have also instructed my bank to pushed the charge back..hope everyone gets there money back

86 quid for a fan, that's not worth more than 20! Avoid!!!

Even one star is high for the product . It is cheap weak plastic fan that should not cost more that £10 I paid £80 with the shipping cost , I feel I have been robbed by a misleading add of an AC , I got a weak fan . Do not fall into this trap

Also had problem locating where you are supposed to put the water into the Coldeez cooling AC. There are no instructions in box and no obvious markings on fan itself. Can anyone help??

I received a tower fan and not the Coldeez ace that I had ordered. They offered me $15 rather than send it back as they wanted me to pay the return postage. I feel that this is a con and do not any circumstances buy this.

This is a scam that is preying on those struggling in the heat. There is no evaporation unit, it's a fan from China. I'm trying to get a refund on behalf of my old dad, they say he has to return to China. Looking to PayPal for compensation. Avoid.
