There delivery service is diabolical…

There delivery service is diabolical the worst in the UK purchased some trousers from zara they use Amazon delivery my item stated delivered left in mail room my apartment block doesn't have a mailbox room so presumably left at a wrong address this is not the first time this has happened there staff do not care there customers service is zero .Now my trousers have gone missing zara needs to stop using Amazon it's not a trustworthy company

Its seriously going downhill recently

Its seriously going downhill recently. Packages that are cancelled arent refunded. Deliveries now takes many days, even though I pay for prime next day delivery. Refunds are refused and packages aren't delivered but say they are. Nor a good service at all anymore!

I dont normally leave a review but im fuming with amazon
They dont deserve 1 star but I couldn't write this review without it unfortunately
So i bought a tredmill a couple of weeks ago as im having chemotherapy and need one for slow rehabilitation.
And its great but from day 1 this has been flashing red on the vent cover today i contacted amazon to explain this but wasnt getting any were so they got me a manager called Bien
I explained my circumstances and he said ive got to wrap it up and it will be collected then if a few weeks when its arrived back I will get a refund wow wow wow great customer service NOT!!!!!!!!!!
I explained i dont have the box or anything to wrap it in but I also explained again my situation that I couldn't evan wrap this and I need this for my slow rehabilitation NOT WAIT 3 WEEKS TO GET ANOTHER ONE
AMAZON CLEARLY DONT HAVE ANY COMPASSION because all they really needed to do was give me a gift card to order another for tomorrow then I would have a box it put it in and get someone to do it for me but no this is faulty and my rehabilitation CAN NOT WAIT 2-3 WEEKS
And then to top it up I SAID TO Bien THE MANAGER PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SEND ME THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE CHAT AND HE SAID NO SORRY WE DONT DO THAT WELL IM AFRAID YOU DO DO THAT AND IVE COPPIED AND PASTED IT SO I DO HAVE IT AND I WILL BE SHARING IT THANKS AMAZON SO I STILL SUCK WITH A FAULY TREDMILL THAT IVE HAD A COUPLE OF WEEKS !!!!!!

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. 6 different people I was transferred to with no warning. Not one of them knew what they were doing. I have now closed my account with them. The incompetence of customer service reps at this company is astounding!

Incorrect Address labels

Something is very off with Amazon lately. Address labels either showing incorrect house number, wrong name or missing house number. Not scams but something going on with their labelling system! Tried contacting Amazon but completely useless with their AI chatbot.

Only getting 1 star because I can’t…

Only getting 1 star because I can’t give a zero. Have gone from a good service to an appalling one, despite Prime membership. Ordering items that are constantly delayed, otherwise stated as being handed to resident when Amazon have admitted that they haven’t been. Customer service has been outsourced and is crap, Prime membership cancelled.

Persistently BAD!

Amazon customer service are persistently bad at helping to resolve issues. If I could count with fingers the amount of times they've been absolutely useless, I'd need the entire Cadburys warehouse of chocolate ones!

Useless customer services team who had a returned device for over a week and are still refusing to refund the £899 it costs.

Offshore teams are just script readers and have no clue or power to deal with complaints. Final straw for me. Need to stop using Amazon to stop being part of the problem.

The allure of Amazon was always quick delivery and good customer care. That clearly doesn't exist anymore so no point using them

Total rubbish

Total rubbish. Amazon have failed to find my address so many times over the last eight years that I refuse to have orders sent here anymore. The drivers are sent to an address around the corner and simply give up and drive away. So instead I have started to use delivery collection points, most notably my local post office who they consistently try to delivery to 1-2 hours after the advertised closure time at 5.30pm. I am then told on the app I was not in, as if I live there! When you contact them you have to push through a load of what looks like AI messages, if you get to speak to someone they just read your order summary out to you and tell you that you have to be patient and wait, then you get a message saying customer service is really important to them. Utter utter shambles! What is the point in selecting a guaranteed delivery date if it might turn up if your lucky within three or four days.

Amazon used to be great

Amazon used to be great. Packages delivered carefully and on timely basis. Not any more. In the last couple of years service has gone downhill. Courier’s permanently disregard safe place instructions, leaving 5 packages last night in plain view on doorstep. No courier rings doorbell and if I’m in and happen to hear them, by time I’ve got to door 15 seconds, they’ve gone!!
When you ring to speak to customer service you get fobbed off with chatbot or verify text message. Don’t bother. For what was meant to be convenient shopping it’s just not worth the hassle anymore! Costco or Macro is the way to go now.

Amazon wouldn’t publish this review because it criticised Amazon itself
6 days and counting for a prime delivery is just not good. Misplaced in transit messages are just wrong. If you know it’s lost send it again. Not the service I pay for Amazon

ITS A SCAM .Don't use amazon lockers. I paid for delivery to amazon locker for some reason it failed to open and the code said invalid. After struggling to contact amazon they said there's nothing I can do and they will be keeping the parcel and my money and accused me of taking it when its still in the locker. They have no back up if you can't get your parcel, you just lose your money. They are breaking the law with this service. DO NOT GET ITEM DELIVERED TO THESE LOCKERS. ITS A SCAM

I have been a customer of Amazon since 2007, but I have to say their delivery service has gone downhill in recent years, over the past twelve months I've noticed less British workers which coincides with the deterioration of their delivery service standards, same applies to the customer services help section, used to be reasonably easy to talk to someone, but now it's a nightmare, and when I did get through after three attempts I ended up speaking to an Indian based service centre, couldn't understand a word they were saying, to say I was unhappy would be an understatment!
