Placed my order 1st July

Placed my order 1st July, express shipping, Evri lost my order 8th July..... shein are impossible to get through to get my refund! £116 and they are refusing to refund or let me speak with a human. The parcel contained holiday clothes, IM ALREADY ON HOLIDAY!

Cheap,tatty clothes. Will not be buying from them anymore. Cheap material and a bad fit. Every time I have bought something, I have had to send it back. Don't buy from their site.

Excellent service, highly recommend!

I really wouldnt waste your money on…

I really wouldnt waste your money on this site. Bit of a scam site in the sence of you usually get what you ordered but its very VERY cheaply made. Alot of times its damaged items and the customer service is terrible. They ignore you till you give up but if your like me and stubborn you get through explain the damaged items even send them pictures of the damage and they STILL say they cant see what I mean???!!!! They just deny it and never provide refund or replacement. Very disappointed in this company, I wont shop there again. If you dont want to be disappointed then dont bother with this company.

Stop buying from Shein!! They have suddenly stopped refunding for returns sent back to them by hundreds of people!

I have loved Shein for years, and order a LOT with them. Until a few weeks ago - I had two parcels arrive on the Monday, I tried some of the items on the Tuesday, and returned them on the Wednesday.
According to Shein, I had “worn” 7 of the dresses! Now these dresses are all ball gowns - how on earth would I have time to have worn 7 ball gowns in the space of two days?! I didn’t actually even try a few of them on (because the material was thick and I needed something lightweight for a warm abroad wedding), so the bags hadn’t even been opened!!

I emailed shein, hoping they would see sense, but they just sent back the same copied and pasted message saying about their return standards, and that they would be keeping the items and my money. I just have had the same message sent to me about 20 times, even when I said “please do not send me the same copied & pasted message please”…

I have opened cases on PayPal with all of the info, and hoping they will see sense, but I’m now way too scared to order from Shein as I can’t guarantee they’ll send my money back from the returns.

I’ve looked online and it seems there’s hundreds of people that Shein has done this to over the last few weeks - it looks like they have a new strategy of stealing peoples money and items… Maybe the company is in trouble and needs to keep as much as they can! But be very careful, as it looks like no one is currently getting their money back or their items for returns.

Stick to Temu guys!! At least they don’t steal your money!

Very terrible experience and not a good…


Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I returned my items together in one package, and SHEIN has already confirmed and refunded some items from that same return. Yet somehow, they are refusing to refund the remaining items, despite having received the full return package.
The most frustrating part is the constant automated responses that completely ignore the actual issue. I keep explaining the same situation, but nobody seems to properly read, investigate, or take responsibility. It feels like SHEIN is deliberately avoiding resolving the problem instead of supporting a paying customer.
A company cannot accept a return package, process some refunds from it, and then pretend the other items were never received without providing a proper explanation. This has been extremely stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing.
After this experience, I have completely lost trust in SHEIN’s returns process. Be very careful when ordering because if something goes wrong, you may find yourself fighting for a refund that you are rightfully owed.
Terrible service. Terrible communication. Terrible customer support.

Please stop sending automated responses and read my case properly.
This was a combined return. All of the items were packed together in one return bag and sent back in a single parcel.
Some of the items from that same parcel have already been refunded. That proves you received the return package. It does not make sense to claim that you have not received the remaining items when they were in the exact same bag.
It appears that you have received the items but have refused to refund the remaining ones.
Please review the return manually and explain why only some items from the same returned parcel were refunded. I expect this matter to be investigated and the outstanding refund to be processed without further automated responses.

Very terrible experience and not a good service at all. SHEIN return policy is very unreliable and SHEIN never refunds you. Every purchase there is always an issue. Never buy anything from SHEIN. Buy from somewhere reliable and don’t waste your time and money on SHEIN. Terrible experience

Your customer service did not email me until 16/07/2026.
The point is, I did not hit’ Place Order’ and would expect an order not to be placed and money taken out my account, unless authorised by myself.

I suffer from deep depression and due to this situation, my anxiety has went through the roof.

Shocking customer service

Shein are very good until they keep your money! I requested a withdrawal from my wallet & they haven't sent it! Noone at shein helps and despite my bank not receiving the withdrawal noone is interested at shein. BE CAREFUL when requesting a refund/withdrawal

Rubbish customer service

For the last few months my account seems to have been blocked due to some temporary error. I’ve been in touch with customer services time and time again and all they say is to keep trying keep trying keep trying. Why is it so difficult to buy things from these people? I don’t know why this anomaly has occurred but nothing seems to have been done about it. It is so frustrating being told the same thing over and over again I have checked and it is a person I’m speaking to and not a bot!

You need to record yourself opening you packages from this company and dont expect help if they dont actually send your item, they will just say that they have sent it! Better yet, dont use shein!

I refuse to buy from here ever again. I have been in dispute with the company since December 2025 over a missing item. The customer service is shocking. Especially Aurora. She asked me stupid questions like did i weigh the item before opening the package, did i record myself opening the package. Luckily on this one occassion i did have footage that i could use that i sent her but she then started saying that she hadn’t received it only she dropped herself in it because she responded to the conversation with the video in it. Then her story changed to “oh i cant view it”! Absolute joke! I then asked to escalate so i could take further action and make a complaint, including about herself and asked her to pass me on to someone else, but she wouldn’t do it! It was amazing that i provided her with all evidence possible but she couldn’t provide me with nothing. Absolutely disgusting service. The entire situation had stressed me out enough that i have needed to step away but now i am in a good place, i will be finding the right steps and channels to take this further because im not letting this drop even if o need to go to court! Suffice to say i will never order from here again which is ashame because they have lovely things. When ever i am searching online and an item is suggested, i click on it and it turns out its from shein. Gutted because of it because i am not having my money stolen from them again. £80 is £80 and i work hard for my money as do mean others including my family and friends and i always tell people my story now. Buy at your own risk because as in my case, just because you pay for it doesn’t mean you will get it even though they say…well you have received it, i would waste my time fighting for it if i had and the video i sent proves that i haven’t but shein have stolen from me!

No stars whatsoever. After spending weeks trying to get Shein to except a return and wasting so much time navigating Their disastrous website they now have responded saying” we have gone over the allotted time for sending the items back “ 🤬🤬🤬” the reason why it’s gone over the return allotted time is because of Sheins disastrous customer service, web site mayhem that sends you round in circles….and they drag out the time so you can’t send back. The worst company .

Following on to your most recent response (Shein) we did get your email saying” our request is outside of the time to be able to return items) so that’s why I have put the above .

My items still have not been delivered…

My items still have not been delivered I have been on the live chat NIGHTMARE I have been informed if I had not received my items by 1607/26 to get back in touch, which I have only to have a response to say please be patient and wait. I have tried to escalate my complaint only to have the automated response please be patient. How do I go about getting my full refund because your process is a nightmare to be direct too.

I had a terrible experience with this…

I had a terrible experience with this company and would not recommend them. I feel completely let down and believe I have been treated unfairly.

I placed an order for a large parcel, but instead of receiving it as one delivery, it was split into three separate parcels. I received two of them, but the third parcel never arrived. The proof of delivery clearly shows that it was delivered to a different address — even the door number in the photo does not match my address.

Despite providing this evidence, the company has refused to issue a refund. Instead, they keep telling me that they will only refund me if the parcel is returned to their warehouse, while ignoring the fact that the parcel was delivered to the wrong address in the first place.

I raised a complaint immediately, but all I have received are repeated ticket numbers and promises to “wait a few days” or “be patient.” It has now been over two to three months, and I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

I spent around £400, which is a significant amount of money, and the way this matter has been handled is extremely disappointing. Customers should not have to chase for months to get help when there is clear evidence of a delivery mistake.
