I can't say that I had any issues making a claim on our dog's insurance. Quite a straightforward claim, continued monthly injections of Librella for his arthritis.
Everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Money was in our account within about a week of submitting the claim.

OK, so Henry has been having them for a couple of weeks or more. He eats them willingly, no problems there.
Are they having an effect? Well, I think so. Henry is an old dog with arthritic back legs. Prior to using the product he struggled even getting to the park across the road. Now he is quite often walking up to 2km. Not very far, but a massive change from previously. He also seems less stiff, especially when lying down.
Henry is 15, this product won't 'cure' him, but it seems to be making his life somewhat easier and giving him a bit more urge to walk, which helps with his muscles and general health.

2GO Software provide an excellent service. A useful suite of software at very competitive prices. They provide good 'how to' guides for installation etc and especially useful is the guide on removing oneself from the auto renew for products like Norton 360.

I've used them for a number of years and will continue to do so.

The process to apply for the ISA was straightforward, reasonably quick to complete and I was provided with useful comms as the process advanced.

Pre-ordered, waited, it was delivered. Everything smooth and hassle free. Jadlam kept me informed as the order progressed.

Just opened a one year fixed rate ISA with Vida. Not really much to say. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The website seems to have good security and the account is managed online, no need for an app to manage it.
Responses to questions are made quickly and address the issue. So, an overall excellent experience.

Renewing my anti-virus software was very straightforward. 2GO contacted me with a reminder, I bought the software and then waited until the day of current cover expiring. Their 'how to' guide made the updating very straightforward.
