Poor customer service

I ordered an outdoor dining set over a month ago. Delivery was meant to be this week. I have repeatedly emailed customer service without a response and the table has not arrived. I am extremely disappointed in the service and have no idea if my table and chairs will arrive. Order number MQSOSRSSG

Can't deliver to UK

Can't deliver to UK. You can order on this site from the UK, money will be deducted from your account but the product will not arrive. And getting a refund will prove impossible. Avoid.

Lovely looking umbrella but not good in…

Lovely looking umbrella but not good in windy conditions!
Even when pole is secured in the middle of the garden table, it spins in the wind amd even flew right off the other day.
Not impressed..
Quite flimsy locking mecanism too.

Thought this website was a scam AFTER purchasing and reading the reviews but my hairs did eventually come with not the best shipping updates and they are beautiful and heavy and expensive looking. The travertine lamp is also beautiful. Would be a 5 star if the customer service/contact was better

My table arrived damaged and I sent an email 30mins after delivery when i discovered the drawer was damaged on the 27th of May, then again on June 8, then again on July 2nd with images supporting the damage. I never heard back and I wrote several reviews here where I only get an answer that I should enjoy my delivery!? It is broken and I want my money back!

Masie Delivery only OK

The chairs are great but delivery was not so.
We were generally kept up to date but the UK courier did not keep us fully informed and delivered without informing us.

Rejected a damaged table no refund received

Table arrived and the transport company dropped the product out of the van. We rejected the marble table because they did not wanted to open the packaging. And after 6 weeks I am still waiting to get my money back.

I am very happy with my purchase of Maiel Armchair.

I am very happy with my purchase! The Maiel chair is incredibly comfortable and has quickly become my favorite spot to sit and read a book. The chocolate brown fabric feels high-quality, and I really appreciate the natural materials. There is a slight, natural imperfection in the solid rubberwood legs, which I actually love—it adds genuine character and warmth that fits perfectly with the other wood styling and geometric balance in my room.

The only downside was the delivery process. I wasn't familiar with the courier, and their tracking was quite unclear. Every evening, they would update the delivery date to the next day, which kept me on edge for an entire week! Despite the wait, the chair itself is fantastic and definitely worth it.

I made an order I sought to cancel 4 days later. I have tried to call and sent multiple emails with no reply. I rejected the delivery and still no comms. Would not recommend

Its such a shame that I have to take to…

Its such a shame that I have to take to Trustpilot to get any kind of response from The Masie. I have been waiting 3 months for my item to come into stock on the undertsanding that it would be dispatched on 1st July. it is now 10 days later and all of my repeated emails have been ignored. The customer service of this business massively lets it down, as the products are actually really nice but sadly puts me off ordering again or recommending. PLEASE can someone come back to me, I spent a good deal of money on my order and feel very concerned at this point.

They don't refund me for a mistake that they made (nor do they fix the mistake)

Its been more than a month since I've tried to return a table that I received (which was not the table I ordered).

After several contacts and 2 TrustPilot reviews, I still don't have a resolution for a mistake that this company made.

At this point I couldn't care less if you pick up the table or not. I SIMPLY WANT MY MONEY BACK.

If this does not happen in the next few days I will be forced to take legal action since this situation has crossed every reasonable limit.

Broken

Delivery arrived one month late after I had already waited three months for the item to be back in stock.
When the wardrobe finally arrived, it was cracked. The foam packaging was intact, indicating that the unit was already broken before it left the factory rather than being damaged in transit.
I have already requested a return, but I have received no response. I urgently need this wardrobe and cannot wait another three months for a replacement. This has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
