I felt the clothes did not really hit my style and were too old for me or not trendy
Most of the time the styles aren’t great, and the prices are always very high.
It was my first fix, but it was exactly what I was looking for - some things that I might not have found myself or would have walked by it in the store. A few things that already felt like they should be in my closet. A great pair of shoes. Everything fits and looks good on. So far I’m very excited about Stitch Fix!
It is a great experience to have clothes, shoes and full outfits sent to you. Sizes are accurate. You can have the same stylist or change. Price is not too bad! Quality always great!!

I very much like my stylist. I am excited to see petite sizes as regular ones fall off my shoulders. I would like more variety. I do get tired of the same old jeans and would love more variety there.
It was a good fix but the white jeans were too big and Capri jeans too small. Same size! Also when I went to check out, there was an item that I didn't want. When I went back to the page with pics and feedback, all my feedback of each item was GONE! I didn't want to rate each item again so I just went to checkout. I would really like those white jeans in a smaller size.
Quick turnaround to my text and they solved my issue.

It has been okay! Enjoy getting a package every month but the stylist seems to miss the mark most times.
I love it! I enjoy receiving the boxes and even when I don't like everything in it, most of the time I'm pleasantly surprised and keep at least one item! In addition, I purchased a coat that immediately began pilling and when I told Stitch Fix they refunded it without hesitation. An incredible customer experience!
My husband loved the clothes and Stitch Fix is stretching me to try new colors and styles.
I have to trust them that they are picking items out that I can wear in public and not look out of place or style.
What keeps my experience from being great is that I work with a stylist through several fixes, giving her time to learn my taste and me time to learn how to communicate with her, and Stitch Fix asks if I want the same stylist for my next fix, and I say YES! and then Stitch Fix gives me a random stylist that doesn't match my aesthetic, doesn't listen, and wastes my time. Sure, people leave, but IF that's the case, then Stitch Fix should recognize the time I've invested in their stylist and SAY SO, rather than presenting me with a new set of revolving door stylists that I'm supposed to educate all over again. Continuity is key in growing the relationship.
The clothes normally fit really well, and are generally well made. This past box was disappointing because I requested something specific, and none of the included options fit that request.
