I have been shopping TRR since 2014. I have been very satisfied will all of my purchases. It has allowed me to own some quality, beautiful pieces that I might not have otherwise been able to own. I feel that their descriptions are accurate and they only aquire top quality.

The hand bag was perfect. It was packed well and arrived quickly.

I purchased a LV wallet and it is in pristine condition! It was listed as good, but it is definitely much more than “good”. The Real Real is definitely my first stop when I need to find luxury items at a good price.

I have been a customer for many years and did not get any site credit for consigning. They asked for a review, like here, but then no one follows up to address any issues or complaints, so I'm going to really limit my selling with Real Real and have a lesser view of the company after I've been ignored

it came as it is and on time

I got the item I wanted at a very good price shipped quickly and securely. The short description of the item was accurate. However, I subtracted one star from the review, because the description on the website could have been so much better. For example, the description was missing the size, which was inexcusable since the item still had the tag showing the size. So I took a risk buying the nonrefundable item lacking key information. Fortunately, it worked out.

I’m honestly not sure the LV wallet is authentic. There is no date stamp inside, which there should be for a 2014 wallet. The dust bag is not authentic. Tag says 50% cotton, but authentic bags should be 100%. The lettering on the dust bag is black but should be navy or brown. Just not convinced the wallet was correctly authenticated.

The shoes I bought are in great condition and arrived quick enough! I can’t wait to buy something else from this site

The item I purchased is generally in the condition as described, but I was very disappointed in how it was packed based on how much I paid for the item. The shipping box was very flimsy and partly crushed causing one end to be a little bit open. The coat was poorly packed into a small dust bag, which left it very wrinkled when I unpacked it. Lastly, when I tried it on, there were Kleenex tissues in one of the pockets. I do not think this was reviewed or cleaned before I received it.

Shipping was super fast & product was as descriped

I’m satisfied with the items I purchased. Unfortunately I sent items for consignment but i cannot access my account so i don’t know what happened to those items I sent. Originally I was able to see the price and items sold but for few months now cannot access my account anymore. I have few more to send and until this is resolved I don’t want to send them yet. Just wondering I can access my purchases and obsession but not my consignment.
