Hiya, I had a question about wondering if it was a subscription as I didn't want that and Juice replied to me to ease my mind that what I brought was all I get until I put another order in, she was very kind and pleasant. Opened one , tried it.
Unfortunately I'm not a Tudor Queen and actually like to have colour in my skin.
Did not match my skin tone in any way.
Am naturally not matt white paint colour.
Did in fact give me huge looking pores.
Have returned both.
They say not recieved.
Sent photo evidence of return.
Plus get this....
Cannot give refund if product opened.
Tell me please how do you know if a product works if not opened.
Correspondence back and forth for over a month.
Same response .
Not received.
Cannot refund if opened.
Great to see if they even read this
Update they have now said they have sent me an email to discuss.

Genrev at Customer Service was very quick to respond. Smooche did not work for my skintone, unfortunately, but I was given the choice of a refund or store credit.

April in customer support was awesome!
I contacted customer support and APRIL helped me out with my order 865714. I thought my order was incomplete but I was mistaken. I realized it was my error after contacting support. April was very kind and helpful. She was definitely interested in helping me resolve the issue. I'm very happy with my new product. Its amazing. So happy I decided to try it.

I bought two of the colour changing…
I bought two of the colour changing foundations, great product but not the greatest colour match on my skin. However Carla was amazing and helped with the return process for my order and offering a credit (minor issue with credit coming back in different currency but was quickly fixed with Carla) so I could utilise it on a different product to try something else which was appreciated. I haven’t yet received the eyebrow serum but the reviews look fantastic.

Color changing foundation
I hate foundations because they sink in and never really match my skin tone,so I stopped wearing makeup. I decided to try this smoochie color changing foundation man. Am I in shock? It is beautiful. It goes on nice. I don't have to use a whole bunch. It doesn't feel like I have a mask on my face but clears up. All of the mismatched patches on my face covers my dark circles and you can't tell that I have wrinkles around my mouth and my eyes. I will 100% be ordering this forever. Thank you, smoochie

Perfect experience
I have to say that everything went very well. My order came in time. The quality was very good. Than I got problems with my skin and asked the support to help me. It takes nearly minutes Genrev answered. I have to say that my problem was solved in shortest time- one of the best supports I ever had. So friendly with the Intention to help me as a human being and not a number of thousands of customers. I am happy and would order every time again, knowing there are sitting such people like Genrev to help if there is need for it. There is no way to make it better. Congrats to the Boss, you can be proud of such employees . They make the firm living and working and at least the customer buying your products!
