I love my sign but the packaging needs…
I love my sign but the packaging needs to be better. Three of the corners on my sign were bent and I had to hammer them flat. Luckily I like the vintage look.

Damaged Sign Replaced for Free
I loved the personalized chicken coop sign that this company made for me but unfortunately it arrived damaged. After some email exchanges to resolve the issue, the company shipped me an identical replacement sign in time for me to give it to my daughter for Christmas.

Caveat Emptor
These people are based in Vietnam, despite their website stating they have an office in both the UK and US. When my sign arrived damaged (to be fair, it probably got damaged in transit), they became unresponsive and would only offer a refund if I returned the sign to Vietnam at my cost. Fortunately, PayPal stepped in and provided a full refund.
