I was assigned Alexis for my committed coach. He was extremely supportive, commenting on the things I was doing right, and was very helpful in suggesting areas to focus on. Each day had a specific, manageable goal. When things didn’t go as planned, he gave options on how to remedy it in the future. Mainly he gave tenants so I could proceed, knowing the target areas to keep in mind. I had never worked with a coach before; it was a great experience.
My coach Sarah is the best. She is so encouraging and uplifting. I look forward to her emails daily. I can tell a big difference since I’ve started this program and just the way I feel my digestion is better. Everything seems better. I think this may have been one of my best decisions ever.
The coaches knew the information and that made it easy to make better decisions about food. I felt heard and supported. Coaches responded quickly to my questions.
This is not a diet programme; it is a reprogramming programme! I have learned so much about how to structure my meals to feel satisfied without compromising weight loss. But more importantly, the programme has given me important insights into my relationship with my body and the part food plays in this, which have totally changed how I view myself.
I am so impressed with my coach and all the coaches are excellent. Full of information that I need for my journey of weight loss. So far I have lost 33 lbs. That makes a big difference on how I feel and move!! Control my acid reflux I was able to stop my Omperazole that I have been on for 13 years. and help my pre diabetes. My number went from 6 to 5.7 in less than 3 months. I’m impressed with all my results!
Phil's support was always positive. If I came up with a solution to handle a bad habit, he was great at offering analysis and support. Even on the weeks where a small gain would happen, he kept the tone positive and encouraging. I felt very lucky to have him as my coach.
I had Coach Holly L. I was very happy for her she was great at support, uplifting and good to give tips on how to tweek things to better help you. She was always positive and reasurring when I fell off the food plan 😅 and remined me you can always jump back on again, it is a lifestyle change and we are changing our old habbits with new and better healthier ones, one step at a time. So for me, that has been a huge help because I joined probably at the most worst possible time where I was completely stressed in all ways. But with Coach Holly's help i still able to loose some weight but also cm through out my whole body, eventhough my body didn’t really want to let go of it.😬 I feel now that I have this knowledge that I can apply it the rest of my life and it will just feel natural.
One other thing is that the information is so much more than what and how we should eat, but a wide variety of topics to enhance your health and well being.
The only reason for the 4 stars is because I feel the after program with the VIP community i must admit I haven't been too active there because it is online site and not an app. I preferred the app with committed coaches it was easier to find and use.
Everyone's path to being healthy is unique. What works for one does not necessarily work for all. That's why I like this coaching program. I firmly believe that you can be told the steps to better health every day of your life but until you're in the mindset to really listen it doesn't get through to you. I have Coach Pamela who gives me positive feedback and insights everyday, but I also have the Committed Coaches website where all the coaches share their knowledge and experiences. I always find something that makes me stop and think: "huh, I never thought about it like that before" or "that's why I am creating my own obstacles". I'm 71 years old. When I think about all the money that I've spent in my lifetime on diets and food plans, I wish I found this program sooner. Committed Coaches is well worth the cost. The personal support and guidance is working for me.

There is great communication and lots of information for clients. I feel they genuinely care about each individual and their needs for support. I have learned something about myself while listening to the support calls that has helped me stay focused on my weight loss journey. This is not a process that happens overnight, but it is great to have someone coaching you along and supporting you through the ups and the downs. I have been able to make changes in my health which is exciting.

I joined Committed Coaches last May. I was hesitant to start because I had tried to lose weight before without success. With the help of Phil Evans and his group I was able to lose 40+ lbs over the course of the year. My clothes are looser, my pain has diminished and I am feeling very well. Also, I was able to lose the weight without weight loss drugs. I am very happy with my decision to join Committed Coaches.

How did it begin? Believe it or not New Years Day 2026! Out of curiosity, I listened to an ad regarding the success of celebrities losing weight using a supplement supporting GLP 1. After purchasing the supplement I received several emails about a coaching program. I was very hesitant at first, but agreed to a 10 day trial. How appropriate to celebrate the 250 birth of our nation and share my story about the wonderfully dedicated staff of Committed Coaches.
My trial began with coach Brenda. After the trial I was introduced to the committed coaching program. I was still hesitant, but the short experience with Brenda intrigued me Her caring mannerism , support, and my gut told me to give it a try. I decided to invest in myself.
This is when my journey to improve my energy, decrease my medications, and lose weight started.
I learned the proper way to incorporate protein, starches, and healthy fats into the diet. The abundance of resources including meal planning, recipes, workouts, and motivational calls were invaluable. With Brenda’s guidance I never did it alone. I was saddened when my one on one coaching was coming to an end. Happiness prevailed when I was given the opportunity to continue with Brenda’s weekly recorded calls with her and her special group of women.
I then started community care under the guidance of coach Alex. In Alex’s weekly coaching calls he spoke of his own struggles, experiences, and encouragement. They were inspiring. All the resources as before were available!The discussion area allowed us to share and learn from others.
Trust me, I was never perfect, but I learned consistency
After 6 months, I acquired the importance of hydration, proper sleep, daily movement , and knowledge to plan meals with variety.
My lab results were very good. My AC1 drops 6 points, I lost 23 lbs., and 2 medications were reduced.
I look forward to the next 6 months of community care. I’m confident that the tools and guidance from Committed Coaches will help me continue my journey.

This coaching experience was very different and more beneficial than another I used in the past. This was more personal, and focused on patterns of eating and not just on what I ate, how much I ate, and how much I exercised. By looking at what I ate and how I felt after each meal gave me more insight as to how to plan my meals. Michael reminded me often not to look for a culprit for my bloating and gas but to look at the whole picture. He was also prompt with his comments and gave credit where it was due. I really enjoyed my brief time with Michael and learned a great deal from him.
