I have had multiple experiences with your firm. This is my first time working with Braxton, and it was so easy. He was great and explaining new products and working with me to choose what helped me with my goals. A quick and painless experience that I would recommend to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with Nick Regan today to arrange some financing, he was efficient and his communication was EXCELLENT. He was incredibly helpful and I highly recommend Nick and the Kapitus team.

I do not recommend Kapitus.

They have some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced when a customer actually needs help. They claim to offer payment assistance if your business is going through a slowdown, but that has not been my experience at all.

Instead, they keep you waiting, asking for document after document. Every time you provide exactly what they requested, they come back asking for something else, which only delays the process. It feels like they are intentionally dragging things out instead of trying to help their customers.

On top of that, their fees and financing costs are extremely high. When times are good, they're happy to collect payments, but when your business experiences a temporary sales decline and you genuinely need assistance, they don't seem interested in finding a solution.

There are many lenders out there. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before doing business with Kapitus.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kapitus after an initially excellent first loan. Our representative Geddie Rosas, failed to return any of my phone calls or emails regarding our recent application. We were left in the dark about our status and ultimately found out we were declined without any communication from Kapitus. This lack of responsiveness caused significant hardship for my business , as we were counting on that funding. Communication is crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, it was lacking in this case. I cannot recomend this company based on my recent experience.

I had a horrible experience in doing a business financing deal with Kapitus. I made the mistake of giving them my actual cell phone which they included in the UCC lien. Now I can't pick up my cell phone as I get spammed via call/text ALL DAY, EVERY DAY.

When I reported the issue, they provided no way to address the issue and didn't seem to care that my cell phone is no longer usable.

Paid off my loan and taking my business elsewhere due to poor customer service and not caring. When I asked them to remove the lien, they demanded I pay them to have it removed.

Don't do business with this company and don't provide your actual cell phone to companies in this space.

It's been a week and I still don't have funds in my account.

I was quoted an APR of 16.22%, and then the contract was over 29% APR. It's false and misleading and is going to get you into trouble one day.

Our senior funding executive, Nick Regan, was absolutely wonderful to work with.

We worked with Braxton. He was very helpful and worked to get us the best deal, and kept us updated every step of the way.

Mark and Braxton are awesome and great to work with.
