Bharath Hari is an engineering leader with over two decades of leadership experience in the field of software engineering. He has worked as an engineering leader across multiple domains, at various Fortune 500 companies including, United Health Group, Intercontinental Hotel Group, Barnes & Noble (Nook), Novartis, AIG, Viacom, etc. Prior to joining Swan, he was the VP, Software Engineering at United Health Group, where he was responsible for developing and launching multiple products to enable better patient outcomes. Over the years, Bharath has helped businesses at large enterprises solve customer problems by building scalable distributed software solutions.
