Adam Lloyd

Adam is an experienced human capital and executive talent business leader. He has a track record of building and scaling startups and leading specialized leadership recruiting and talent acquisition teams and departments. Adam is the former Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategy for UnitedHealth Group/Optum Labs. Prior to UHG, he was Head of Leadership & Science Talent for Amazon's special projects, having built Amazon's first Emerging Initiatives Team. He additionally served as Head of Executive Talent for Consumer and Retail at Amazon. He was Founder and President of the retained executive search firm, Webber Kerr Associates, and co-founded the global human resources services organization, WilsonHCG.
