Each semester will have 15 weeks of study duration having 13 lab sessions (one lab session per
week) along with one week for project submission and last week for final lab performance.
13 lab session are designed in such a manner to entertain 12 regular labs along with an open
ended lab.
At the end of each semester (last week), students will be assessed by final lab performance
which will contribute 30% towards total lab grading.
Students are required to submit complete lab report within 7 days after performance day of
each lab to be graded. Marks of weekly lab reports will have a weightage of 20% in total lab
grading.
Students will submit solution of Complex Engineering Problem as project in a group of maximum
three as assigned for project submission (second last week) along with a project report. The
project will contribute 20% towards their total lab grading.
Students will be given assignments and/or quizzes, which will contribute 10% towards their final
lab grading.
Each week, students will be assessed on their performance in lab. The cumulative sum of weekly
lab performance will account for 20% of total lab grading.
