Social Justice Project Grading Criteria

 Sufficient sources of data, evidence and examples to support the topic. All Excellent
Information is relevant to the logic of the topic. Disregards all of the information (9-10)
that is irrelevant. All information is also factual and correct.
 Good source of data, evidence and examples to support the topic. Most of the Good
information is relevant but some is irrelevant. Most of the information is factual (6-8)
and correct.
 Minimal source of data, evidence and examples to support the topic. Quite a large Marginal
amount of the information is irrelevant or overlapping. Some of the information is (3-5)
incorrect.
 Almost with no data to support the opinion. Most of the information is irrelevant Poor
and incorrect. (0-2)
Concepts and analysis (15%)
 Excellent adoption of theories and concepts to discuss the topic. The argument is Excellent
well constructed and explained with logical illustration. Very good insight (13-15)
produced.
 Able to adopt some appropriate theories and concepts to discuss the topic. Good
Relatively clear argument is constructed though may not have substantially (9-12)
explained and discussed. Some good insight produced.
 Attempt to adopt some theories and concepts though not too relevant or clearly Satisfactory (5-
explained. Try to have a clear focus of discussion and argument though the content 8)
