I appreciate your feedback--The info I gave re:patient consent to recordings and NOT including (in advance) that the patient will not have access to those recordings needs to be disclosed. Using voice recordings on my phone with the doctor's permission demonstrated to me that voice recordings make mistakes. I assume AI will have some issues as well. So the need for the patients to review doctors notes and advice is most important for possible issues. I did not give my consent because I am more cautious but not all seniors are cautious..
