This hotel is exceptional! The staff are incredible - so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful - whether at front desk, restaurant or bar. They made our stay so pleasurable. The decor is brilliant with decorative touches from House of Hackney and Peruvian accents in the restaurant. The breakfast every morning was delicious and the food in Lima in the evening was superb. The rooms were super comfortable, with luxury linens and toiletries and a large walk in shower. there is a large construction project nearby but we didn’t hear any noise at all from this. great location with lots of nearby restaurants. I give this hotel the highest recommendation.

Comfortable bed and pullout for me and two teenagers. We made breakfast every day, used the dishwasher and even did a load of laundry. The air conditioner was efficient and quickly cooled the whole apartment. We took the Elizabeth line from Heathrow, but you could take the Piccadilly Line which will bring you much closer. You pay more for crossing multiple zones, so it may have been cheaper for the three of us to take a cab right to the door. Very easy and quick to get to Saint Pancras by tube. I would stay here again.
