Nice weekend weather ahead for metro Phoenix; warmer temps on tap

PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A ridge of high pressure will push the main jet stream out of Arizona, allowing us to start warming up. Not so much for Thursday and Friday morning, but some warmer air will begin to flow into Arizona by the afternoon. The state might get our warmest temps so far this year.
