PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Every week, Arizona’s Family looks up restaurants recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Environmental Services Department. Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” considered major health code violations by inspectors, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - Wine bottle stored in ice used for customers
Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen - 11051 N Black Cyn Hwy, Phoenix
4 violations
- Lettuce and pickles stored under raw shrimp
- 2 batches of bisque not cooling properly
- Fondue and creole not kept hot enough
- Crab and crawfish out of temperature
Bosa Donuts - 3701 N Central Ave, Phoenix

- No certified food manager
- Raw eggs resting on top of trash can
- Medicine stored over ready-to-eat food
- Proofing dough overflowing from container onto bottom shelf
