What you can contact us about

What to put in your email

  • The email address of your Wavelength account.
  • The name of the flow, or its link, if your question is about one flow.
  • The steps you did, what you expected, and what you saw.
  • Where you used Wavelength: the web app, the Chrome side panel, the demo, or an AI assistant through the connector.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is on the screen.

What to expect

  1. Send your email to support@wavelengthflow.com.
  2. The team that builds Wavelength reads it.
  3. We reply to the address you wrote from.

Security reports

To report a security problem, email support@wavelengthflow.com with the subject "Security". Tell us what you found and how to reproduce it. For security reports, we reply within 2 business days. Read the security page for the full process.
