Eligible workspaces can try the selected paid plan for 7 days with a card on file. Cancel before day 8 and pay nothing. We email you the day before the first charge.

We think you should see Visual Sentinel work before paying for it. Your first check runs as soon as you add your website, with no card. To keep monitoring, start an eligible 7-day paid-plan trial with a card on file and cancel before day 8 to pay nothing, or subscribe straight away. Every paid plan carries a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Workspaces already on the Free plan keep it.

Existing no-card trials

Some existing or admin-granted workspaces may already have a 7-day Business trial without a card. If your billing page shows that trial:

  • No card required for this setup-time trial.
  • Business-level monitoring limits and features during the trial.
  • Email reminders before the trial ends.
  • When the trial ends, a workspace created before this change returns to the Free plan automatically. A newer workspace pauses monitoring and keeps its data until you choose a paid plan.

Refunds, all paid plans (Solo, Starter, Business, Agency)

The same policy applies to every paid plan, whether billed monthly or annually.

  • 7-day card trial. Cancel before day 8 and pay nothing. If you subscribe straight away instead, the 14-day guarantee below covers you from that first payment.
  • 14-day money-back guarantee. Full refund on request within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
  • After 14 days. Cancel any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period; no further refund applies.

What is not eligible

  • Trial period cancellations (no charge occurs, so no refund needed).
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
  • Refund requests made more than 14 days after your first payment.
  • Unused monitor slots or features.
  • Third-party integration costs (external services).

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@visualsentinel.com from your account email address.
  2. Or contact support@visualsentinel.com and we will route the request to billing.

Refund processing

  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.
  • Refund method: original payment method.
  • Currency: refunded in the original currency.
  • Confirmation: email confirmation when processed.
