See what your visitors see.

Uptime monitors say your site is up while visitors see a broken page. Visual Sentinel watches your websites and servers, and catches it.

One server issue. One grouped alert.

When sites on the same linked server fail together, you get one grouped alert and one shared incident instead of an alert per site.

Related failures on one server are grouped. Unrelated issues stay separate.

1 grouped alert

3 sites on web-02 are down. One incident, one alert.

All three share this server and return HTTP 503 (service unavailable). Its agent is still reporting. Review the shared web service.

Everything a visitor can run into, checked.

One account watches the parts of a website that break in practice, not only whether the server answers.

  • Uptime

HTTP, ping, port and keyword checks, from every minute on Business to every 5 minutes on Solo.

  • Visual changes

Screenshots compared with the last good capture, so you see exactly what moved or disappeared.

  • SSL certificates

Expiry and certificate problems caught before browsers start warning your visitors.

  • DNS

Record changes and resolution failures, including edits nobody meant to make.

  • Performance

Response times tracked over time, with an alert when a site keeps responding slowly.

  • Content

Text and keyword changes on the pages that matter, such as prices, terms or a missing checkout button.

  • APIs and endpoints

REST, GraphQL and WebSocket endpoints checked alongside the sites that depend on them.

  • Servers

CPU, memory and disk with a light agent, or a linked hosting account. Sites on one server alert once.

Set up in minutes. Alerts where you already work.

No code to install for websites. Paste an address and the first checks run straight away.

  1. Add your site

Paste a URL and see its first check, with no card. Then try a paid plan for 7 days (card required) or subscribe now.

  2. We check it from several regions

Every failure is confirmed with a second check, and a site is marked down only when it fails from all the regions you choose.

  3. You get one clear alert

What broke, where, and the evidence: the failed check or the before-and-after capture. Recovery is announced too.

Instant alerts that make website monitoring stress-free

I used to manually check every client website to make sure it was still online. If a plugin update, SSL issue, or hosting problem caused downtime, I usually found out only after a client complained. Visual Sentinel fixed that for me. It monitors all my sites and sends instant alerts when something goes wrong, whether it is downtime, performance degradation, certificate issues, DNS changes, or visual breakage. The support for multiple alert channels, including WhatsApp, makes it even more useful. It has saved me a lot of time and made my website management far less stressful.

Visual Sentinel picked up and detected a rogue XMR crypto miner that injected itself via Magento. Alerted me of the issues, made it obvious what the problem was, and I could get repairs done immediately. Took us 18 minutes from start to finish to completely scrape out this garbage after diagnosis finished, and around an hour of downtime total. Wouldn’t have had any idea without your tools.

Uptime and visual monitoring in one plan.

Most teams run a change-detection tool and an uptime tool side by side. Visual Sentinel covers both, from $15 a month.

A visual monitor covers one site: the URL you add plus the extra pages your plan includes. It compares each page with its last good screenshot and alerts you when it looks different, even if the site still responds. It also checks uptime and counts toward your monitor total. An uptime-only monitor checks that the site responds, without screenshots.

Questions before you start.

How do I try Visual Sentinel?

Add your website when you sign up and its first check runs right away, with no card. To keep monitoring, start a 7-day trial of a paid plan with a card, or subscribe now. Solo, with visual monitoring, is $15 a month. New workspaces have no Free plan; the checkers on our free tools page stay free and need no account.

How is visual monitoring different from uptime monitoring?

An uptime check asks whether the server answered. Visual monitoring captures the page a visitor sees and compares it with the last good capture, so a broken layout, a missing section or an injected script shows up even when the page still loads and the uptime check passes.

Will ads, sliders and live content cause false alarms?

You can exclude dynamic elements by CSS selector and set how much of the page has to change before a capture is flagged. Uptime failures are confirmed with a second check before any alert.

Do I need to install anything?

Not for websites, APIs, SSL or DNS. Server metrics use a small optional agent, or a linked hosting account where supported.

Can I show results to clients?

Yes. Branded status pages show live health, and white-label reports summarise uptime, incidents and visual changes for each client.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly and you can cancel from billing settings; your monitors keep running until the end of the paid period.
