Terms of Service

The service

These terms cover vectorize-image, including the website, its free browser tools, and the workspace. The browser tools are free to use without an account. Paid features are offered separately in the workspace. Signing in alone does not create a subscription or authorize a payment.

Workspace accounts

The workspace uses Google sign-in. Keep your account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Files, task history, memberships, and credits are tied to your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how account and processing data are handled.

Purchases and payment

The product, price, billing interval, and any applicable limits are shown before you buy, and taxes and the final amount are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a third-party payment service, which may act as the merchant of record; the service and its payment terms are identified at checkout. We provide the workspace features and product support.

Pro membership and renewal

A Pro membership gives access to the features described at the time of purchase for the paid period, including a monthly allowance of AI credits.

Pro renews automatically for the same billing interval until you cancel. If you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the current paid period. If a renewal payment fails, paid access may end when the current period ends.

Pro use is subject to fair use and to technical limits, such as file size, batch size, and storage, shown in the workspace. We may adjust these limits to keep the service reliable.

AI credits

AI credits come with Pro or are sold as one-time packs that do not require a membership. Credits included with Pro are added each month of your membership, reset at the start of the next month, and do not roll over. Credit pack credits are valid for the period shown at purchase, currently 12 months, and expire after that period.

The workspace shows the credit cost before you start a task. Credits are only charged for tasks that complete successfully; if a task fails, the credits are returned to your balance unless they have expired.

AI vectorization and SVG generation are powered by third-party models, including Recraft (recraft.ai).

Cancellation and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel renewal and request a refund. If a payment is refunded or disputed, we may adjust or suspend the related Pro membership or credits. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that apply by law.

Files and availability

Workspace storage is temporary, not a permanent archive. Files expire after the period shown in the workspace and cannot be restored once expired, including by renewing or making a new purchase. Download any files you need to keep.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You must have permission to upload, process, and use your images, reference material, and prompts. For workspace features, you permit us and our service providers to process and store that content to perform your requested operations.

Do not submit unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms. Review outputs before using them; conversion or AI generation does not establish copyright, trademark clearance, exclusivity, or permission to use someone else’s work.

AI content standards and prohibited use

You may not use AI features to create, upload, or share:

  • Sexually explicit or NSFW content;
  • Graphic violence or gore;
  • Hate speech, or content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability;
  • Any content that endangers children, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the relevant authorities;
  • Deepfakes or content impersonating a real person without consent;
  • Content that infringes copyright or trademark rights.

Moderation and enforcement. We use automated checks and human review to detect prohibited content. Accounts that violate these standards may be warned, suspended, or banned, and related credits may be forfeited.

Reporting. If you encounter content that violates these standards, email support@vectorize-image.app with the details. We review every report and take action, typically within 5 business days.

Service limitations

Automated conversion and generation may produce imperfect results. We do not guarantee a particular artistic result or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. These limitations do not exclude obligations or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may change features, prices, and limits as the product develops; price changes do not affect paid periods or credit packs you have already purchased. We may update these terms and will show the revision date here. Material changes affecting paid service will be communicated as required by applicable law.
