Although I'm not tech savvy it was easy to process the whole loan request on their site and no difficulty uploading even bulky documents.
The whole process was on their site, no human contact required just clear instructions, detailed updates & very clear on payment amounts plus full cost of the loan.
If i had wanted to actually talk with someone I don't know how easy that would have been but for this loan this process was fairly quick & simple.
