The approval process was extremely fast. Once my account was linked through Plaid, everything went through in a matter of minutes. I signed the documents online, and got my notice that my money would be deposited w/in a few days (It's Friday night now,) I have been working on repairing my credit for the past year but have been weighed down by high interest cards and a payday loan back when my credit sucked and I was desperate (don't EVER do that!) I received several offers now that my credit has improved, but Upstart's was the best by far. I will now have 1 single payment that will cost me $500 less a month and my interest rate is going to be cut by 15% and more! I can actually save money!

Although I'm not tech savvy it was easy to process the whole loan request on their site and no difficulty uploading even bulky documents.
The whole process was on their site, no human contact required just clear instructions, detailed updates & very clear on payment amounts plus full cost of the loan.
If i had wanted to actually talk with someone I don't know how easy that would have been but for this loan this process was fairly quick & simple.
