I thought sezzle was a great app until…

I thought sezzle was a great app until today. I've used it several times in the last few months. Easy payment plans is what they offer. I had a large emergency expenditure this month so I thought I'd reschedule 2 payments from the 14th to be due at the end of the month. The confirmed 2 payments had been rescheduled. But today they processed the payments. Virtual chat gets you nowhere. All it does is escalate the issue. The message says you don't need to wait on the thread the live agent will send an email. The live agent then shows up and closes the case because you aren't there. 8 times I got caught in the chat loop. I finally was told since it's now in pending they can't stop the payments. The payment should not have been processed to begin with! But this wonderful agent (wonderful used in jest) told me they could delay other payments. I told her I'd be contacting the fiduciary licensing board over their little mistake.
DON'T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S PROMISES AND HAPPY BRIGHT WEBSITE. THEY ARE CROOKS. FOREIGN CROOKS.

REPLY TO SEZZLE: Apparently you didn't read through all the messages. I did try 2 days prior and your site would only let me reschedule 1 payment. I had 2 due the 14th. I changed 1 and received a confirmation for it. I went back on your site the next day the 13th and rescheduled the 2nd one. I received that confirmation also. The next day I went on my bank account and you had my payment in pending. By rescheduling the payments AND receiving your confirmation on BOTH payments you were bound by the new temporary contract. Your confirmations changed "the 4 corners of the contract". You by processing the payment broke the contract. You broke the law. All this has been included in the complaint filed with the fiduciary licensing board. I suggest you, the writer of the last sezzle comment along with your support staff be retrained PROPERLY on fiduciary laws.

Hi Sandy looking into this matter it looks like you tried to reschedule payments that were due on the day of. We apologize for any inconvenience, if you wish to reschedule an installment payment, we recommend doing it at least 48 hours before it is due, we cannot guarantee the reschedule will be successful if you do it within the 48 hours the payment is due.

They're really asking me to review…

They're really asking me to review their site again? They didn't like it the first time so I don't think they'll like it this time either. Here it is again along with my updated reply after they commented on my first review. They're sorry for my inconvenience and gave me their contact info. They just don't know when to stop.

The item was nice for the price but the experience was a total nightmare. The site must have been glitching because it would not allow me to put my daughter in law's name on the shipping address. I tried 6 times and kept getting rejected. I gave up and allowed my name to remain on both shipping and billing addresses. I immediately went on chat hoping to find intelligent life but I found Vinay who even in chat massacred the English language. This ignorant individual said if the shipping name was changed my entire profile name would be changed. I argued for an hour finally I was told that the shipping name had been updated. Nope the ignoramus changed the BILLING name but left my name on the shipping address. I was beyond mad I was downright pissed off now! The next day I telephoned and got a voicemail no humans around. The next day chat again Preetpal Shekhawat was as ignorant as Vinay maybe more so. I was told it will be easy for ME to fix all I have to do is call the carrier once it ships and they can change the names for me! This is someone who doesn't know how to do their job, knows nothing about shipping and should not be allowed to give out bad advise. I was supposed to call the United States Postal Service in Texas and ask them to change the names around that Shop LC's employees messed up. The USPS has enough problems of their own they are not responsible for untrained foreigners who make major mistakes.
NO ONE SHOULD EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

And now my reply to their reply. These people will not even apologize or accept blame for what they've done wrong.

Their reply is a lie! They called but didn't leave a message. I called them back all Ali baba could say was "I'm sorry for your experience". He kept repeating this one comment. They cannot even communicate in English. He must have been working from home because the noise in the background sounded like a hammer hitting metal and people jabbering in the background. Again he said "I'm sorry for your experience"! I told him it was not an experience it was his kids out of control. Again I got "I'm sorry for your experience"! Is that the only phrase they teach their agents to say?
THIS PLACE IS JUST GETTING WORSE AND WORSE.

They replied AGAIN! Exact same pre written "flip chart" answer that they put on EVERY negative comment.
They did absolutely nothing. I've telephoned them as requested in their flip chart reply. The only thing Ali Babba could say was "I'm sorry for your inconvenience". I had to tell him to send his kids into another room because they were banging and clanging and jabbering loudly in the background. Again "I'm sorry for your inconvenience".
HIRE AMERICANS SO THEY CAN ACTUALLY HOLD A CONVERSATION WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!
If they reply again so will I.

FINAL UPDATE:
I had been speaking with Anna via email the last couple of days. She was wonderful, very kind and reviewed my complaint. As an apology both my daughter in law and myself received lovely jewelry boxes as an apology.

I can't rate something I haven't received


I can't rate something I haven't received. It was due yesterday. Hopefully it arrives soon.
I remember when zulily sold adorable baby clothes. I haven't ordered from them in 10-12 years. I googled bed sheet sets and zulily appeared so I looked. I found one I liked in pictures so I ordered it over a week ago. While checking my tracking daily I see advertisements of items I may need. They changed each time I checked. The ads were for sex toys! What has happened to zulily? Their shipping sucks, I don't know about the product since it's late but seeing sex toys tells me I'll NEVER shop at this store again! IF I wanted sex toys I'd look for them I don't want them thrown in my face!

I've been in contact with zulily customer service already. Samir U has been "looking into it" for 2 days. I told him it's time (9 days since order date) to cancel and send it out overnight delivery using a different carrier. They use Amazon Logistics for shipping. Amazon fails to deliver so customers out of frustration will cancel the zulily order and go on Amazon and order the exact same item only $5 more.
If zulily will not be compliant and reship overnight with a different carrier I advised Samir U I would be in contact with IC3 and file a fraud report against them. I'm done dealing with them.

UPDATE AGAIN: Rather than have a formal complaint filed against them with IC3 zulily canceled my order and refunded my money. Now I'll go on Amazon and oder the same item for only $5 more and with Prime delivery is 1-2 days.😊

FRIENDS AND FELLOW SHOPPERS STAY AWAY FROM ZULILY. THE ITEMS ARE ALL ON AMAZON AND AMAZON DELIVERS!

Very unhappy with humana
To begin with the plan I have is not what was guaranteed by the agent. I chose my new pcp from the humana website today January 6, 2026. The effective date February 1, 2026. So I have to wait a month to see a doctor! I went on chat and the agent was non American and even in chat it was apparent English is not his primary language. He spelled my name wrong and had the doctor's name backwards. Yet he claimed he updated my effective date to January 1, 2026. Which he did not do it still shows February. I asked him how he'd accomplished that when he had my name wrong and the doctors name wrong. "Rudy" wasn't able to come up with an answer. He told me to phone in if I didn't believe him. All I know is I'm sick right now and have to wait a month to make an appointment. I should not have left anthem. I always had someone who spoke English and my plan was effective immediately. My benefits are not what I was promised and I'm stuck with this incompetent company that won't allow me to see a doctor until next month!

The General advertises having the cheapest rates for auto insurance. I didn't find that to be true. My quote for liability only was $69 per month. Progressive was $55 per month. It's been a long time since I was in math class but when I went to school $55 was less than $69.

Not as advertised

I received my 2nd order today and the item is not as shown on the website. The $26 "tumbler" arrived and is only 4 inches tall. It's smaller than my grandkids sippy cups. They sent a cup with the wrong design and the teas were incorrect and the portion on the teas isn't enough for 1 cup. I hope my other order isn't as bad. Both were purchased as Christmas gifts. On tv and on the website show items arrive in Christmas boxes. But they arrived in regular boxes with a picture of what's inside and they included the billing statement inside the boxes! I checked they were gifts and wrote gift cards. No gift cards just billing statements. Very tacky and unprofessional of them. The items received are not even up to Walmart quality. Now I have to shop again and pay for express shipping for the gifts to arrive before Christmas. After my 2nd order and prior to them being received they sent me an email with "a special gift for you" a big 5% discount off my next order! How cheap can you get after someone spends $140?
These people are scammers and should not be allowed to remain in business.
Updating to include the name of the customer service agent who continues to harass me over this. 5 emails from Lindsay Garneau claiming they are a quality company after I told her walmart wouldn't even try to pawn a 4inch cup off as a tumbler. The photo appears to be a 24oz tumbler.

I had to choose a star so I went with…

I had to choose a star so I went with the lowest rating. After over 2 hours on hold an extremely rude man finally picked up and when I started speaking he said he only sold supplement plans he had to transfer me to advantage plans. I held another 1 1/2 hours a total of 3 1/2 hours and finally gave up. I called Reliance and the friendliest gentleman answered in less than 1 MINUTE!! Stay away from ehealth you're wasting your time. Make your first call to Reliance.

Ignore ehealth's reply. They don't have the reps name or my phone number to pull the call so they won't be doing anything. Look at all their other reviews.. extremely long hold times and rude reps. Not a reputable company.

Dealing with the person is a nightmare

Dealing with the person is a nightmare. 11 days and my item has not shipped. She processed the payment IMMEDIATELY. I started emailing her on day 6 asking for the shipping confirmation and finally 3 days ago I requested a refund since the order still had not processed nor had it shipped. Today I finally get an email clearly English is a second language and it states my item will ship soon. Soon. I just want my money back at this point. I'm sure the amethyst crystal will not be as pictured since every review here says she only sells garbage.

THE ATTITUDE OF THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL

The attitude of the manager is unprofessional. I ordered a Mothers Day dinner for my 98 year old mother and grubhub neglected to pick it up for delivery. After waiting 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time and attempting to get a the delivery made I was told by the "manager" of Shrimp House it's not his problem! My mother is just a few blocks down the street.

Wrong! That is not fair. I am sorry that you experienced so many problems with getting your order to your Mom. I talked to my manager concerning your experience. He called me when he talked to you. When you called and explained to me earlier you were ordering a dinner for your mom from out of state with Grubhub and they had put the mountain time zone you were in, and not the pacific we were in that we would change the pick time from 2 to pm. We did that, Grubhub came in at 2 and we informed them of your request and told them to come back at 4. We can not call Grubhub directly and change your time, it HAS to be from you, the transaction is between you and Grubhub, not US. It seems your anger should be directed at Grubhub. We made the dinner at 4 and they did not come to pick it up. We had to throw that dinner away. We offered to cook another one, but Grubhub made it clear YOU had to cancel the original one and reorder it. We use delivery services for the convenience of our guests, it costs us 20% of the money we collect to use them. We use them because the liability exposure in CA is broad. If our employee gets hurt delivering we are liable for them or anyone else hurt. You insisted we deliver it but we could not with the insurance policy we have. We did everything we promised, lost money on the food we threw away and now have been given a bad review ALL because GRUBHUB could not meet your requests.

DO NOT USE GRUBHUB! DELIVERY WAS NOT MADE.

I ordered a mothers day dinner for my 98 year old mother. First grubhub confirmed with an email the incorrect time, off by 2 hours 2pm when I requested 4pm. Then they neglected to pick the order up. 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time I telephoned grubhub, they put me on hold and sent a text to me stating they cancelled my order then hung up! I called back I was then told to just go back online and reorder! Their driver said he'd attempted delivery, the restaurant said he never showed.
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!
