Sezzle is my go to when I do my monthly shopping due to being able to do payments on a big bill, makes it able to have little funds for an outing with family once every 2 weeks. I will always tell my friends about this app.

I wanted to change a rescheduled payment. It was to be earlier than the original payment date. Got nowhere with customer service and the rude, judgmental worker. She refused to move my complaint to someone who was higher up. I will payoff what I owe with my next paycheck and cancel their service. I will not give my business to a company that allows such poor behavior.

Sezzle Sezzle, how have you helped. Starting off with helping pay in small amounts for things such as kids back to school supplies, home necessities such as shampoo, deodorant, paper towels, dog food, baby wipes etc. has helped with bills, the never ending bills and Sezzle allows you to breathe a little by making small amount payments and being able to get everything you need. It helps so much when my account is close to negative and I need an emergency with this economy. I could cry because I wouldn’t know what to do without this application. Payment information is so quick, the application doesn’t go around the bush and charges you what needs to be charged. Customer service - I’ve used once and it sucked but it’s ok that’s them as long as I have the app lol highly recommend Sezzle.

Company has been honest and straight forward the whole time. Told me what I can and cannot spend their money on and when I hit my limit. Sezzle up and Sezzle cash have helped me out so many times. With starting my own business and three kids in private school their repayment options just organ groceries some weeks has been super helpful. I recommend to everyone

I would not recommend Sezzle. I have been using Sezzle since 2021. I have never had a late payment. Recently, my bank canceled my card due to fraudulent charges and had to cancel my card. Due to this my payment on Sezzle declined. I was charged a late fee of $16.95 PLUS a "failed payment fee" of $6.95. I contacted customer service to explain my situation and see if there was any way these fees could be waived as a one-time curtesy since I had never been late before and the response was that this was not possible because "the late payment fees have already been processed". I asked to speak to a manager but they said manager was busy and that they would reach out to me and I am still waiting for a response. I will be closing my account and never using Sezzle again. There are so many other similar services with better customer service. There are also now charging a fee to use a "debit card" to load a balance to make a payment $4.99. This app is a scam, and I would not recommend to anyone.
Predatory charges and options that intentionally prevent you from making payments without accruing exorbitant fees. This company is predatory. Stick to legitimate companies like Affirm or Klarna.

I have had Sezzle for years and it is a great app. Always use it when I don’t want to make a big purchase and pay up front. The payment plans are excellent and Sezzle anywhere is a blessing.

I am literally crying as I write this. I have been using Sezzle for years. Have spent thousands with them and the one time I have an emergency hardship that mind you will only be literally 13 days they cannot do anything to help me with a payment extension. I feel sick right now. I so badly wanted to keep my Sezzle account in good standing as I have really done everything to always pay on time and when I can't I have paid them ridiculous amounts of rescheduling fees. It's just sad that the one time I could use help they are unwilling to offer it, even after providing them documentation. They are a very predatory company and I believe that everyone should steer clear of them. It's a shame cause they were once a great, but no longer care about the customer.

I’ve had no issues with using the service, has helped my family and I through some tough times. Helps to bridge the gap to get necessities until your next paycheck or breaking down the cost into smaller easier to manage payments.

It’s a wonderful service to use especially having a debit/credit card to use basically anywhere allowing you to shop almost anywhere so if a company doesn’t have a pay overtime option you still have that option thanks to Sezzle !!!

I thought sezzle was a great app until today. I've used it several times in the last few months. Easy payment plans is what they offer. I had a large emergency expenditure this month so I thought I'd reschedule 2 payments from the 14th to be due at the end of the month. The confirmed 2 payments had been rescheduled. But today they processed the payments. Virtual chat gets you nowhere. All it does is escalate the issue. The message says you don't need to wait on the thread the live agent will send an email. The live agent then shows up and closes the case because you aren't there. 8 times I got caught in the chat loop. I finally was told since it's now in pending they can't stop the payments. The payment should not have been processed to begin with! But this wonderful agent (wonderful used in jest) told me they could delay other payments. I told her I'd be contacting the fiduciary licensing board over their little mistake.
DON'T FALL FOR THIS COMPANY'S PROMISES AND HAPPY BRIGHT WEBSITE. THEY ARE CROOKS. FOREIGN CROOKS.
REPLY TO SEZZLE: Apparently you didn't read through all the messages. I did try 2 days prior and your site would only let me reschedule 1 payment. I had 2 due the 14th. I changed 1 and received a confirmation for it. I went back on your site the next day the 13th and rescheduled the 2nd one. I received that confirmation also. The next day I went on my bank account and you had my payment in pending. By rescheduling the payments AND receiving your confirmation on BOTH payments you were bound by the new temporary contract. Your confirmations changed "the 4 corners of the contract". You by processing the payment broke the contract. You broke the law. All this has been included in the complaint filed with the fiduciary licensing board. I suggest you, the writer of the last sezzle comment along with your support staff be retrained PROPERLY on fiduciary laws.
