Same old story

I wish I had visited this site before buying. My experience the same as everyone else's. Jeans poor quality and wrong size. I sent them back, since then silence. I will be chasing Kevin Taylor the sole director for my money back.

I wish I had read some of these reviews…

I wish I had read some of these reviews before renting from OK Rentacar. I hired a car for a week and when I bought it back today the man checking cars back in found three or four deep scratches on the underside of the front bumper. They could not be seen except by looking from underneath. I was charged €300 which I was told was the minimum charge for damage plus €60 administrative costs. I had to accept the damage although I had not been aware of scraping the car and consider the charges way too high. What puzzled me and my wife was why he only looked at the front bumper. He did not walk round the car. It was as if he knew what he was looking for. I wonder how much of my deposit I will get back.

Still no refund

In common with other reviewers I would warn holiday makers to steer clear of this company. I stupidly booked two Ryan Air tickets to Belfast through them in September and in common with others was surprised to find agency fees added to the cost, making them them considerably more expensive than booking directly with the airline. When Ryan Air cancelled my flight I was told to refer to MyHolidays for a refund. Now over five weeks later I have still to receive the money and today have been told it will not include the agency fee and have been quoted a euro amount, despite the fact that I paid in sterling. I am pretty certain the refund will also be less than the ticket only price. I call this sharp practice. Qatar-based MyHolidays is not a member of any industry body so I cannot complain to anyone.
In response to the reply below. I requested a refund from MyHolidays in September as soon as Ryan Air said I must seek a refund from the agent. As at November 17 still no refund. It is not acceptable to wait over six weeks. I shall be asking Ryan Air to put pressure on MyHolidays to settle their debts.

Dear mister Lamb. We understand your disappointment when it comes to Ryanair cancellations. We believe that is pretty well known what happened, recently, with the massive flights' cancellation operated by Ryanair. When it comes to your booking specifically we have in our records that you requested yesterday ticket refund. We immediately proceeded with Ryanair. The refund ID is 4679. Ryanair quoted GBP 51.81 the total amount refundable (at current exchange rate). We have a central booking system which always books in Euro because it serves all customers around the world. As a travel agency, we are IATA accredited and we belong to one of the biggest travel agency in the world. You are in safe hands. We are proud to serve all our customers and we hope to have you again booking at Myholidays. Myholidays customer service.
