Review of Iglu Cruise
First of all my call was answered instantly. I normally much prefer doing things online and get very frustrated waiting on hold. More importantly, I’m so glad I made the call because Caroline Kyle was just phenomenal. She got me a great deal and a great cabin and explained everything in detail. She was so lovely and gave me great confidence in my booking. I was waiting on four other quotes and I dropped them all immediately and booked on the spot. I will most certainly be coming back to Caroline and Iglu for all my future cruise bookings.

I have struggled to receive my parcels so I won't comment on the actual delivery service until I have them, but the on-line chat service was fabulous. Charlie was straight on to the site to help me manage my delivery and I was even transferred back to him when accidentally dropped so I didn't have to go through everything all over again. Charlie made the process very easy and stress-free. If my delivery details have been updated on the site tomorrow and I receive my parcels this week I will be back to praise him even more!
