This is the most frustrating and painful experience I have ever faced. I deposited 8,000 INR via UPI on 15/07/2026. The funds were instantly debited from my bank, and I provided clear proof with UTR: 656220123097.
It has been over 24 hours, and my funds are STILL NOT CREDITED. I have sent over 30 emails to every single department (Support, Complaints, Backoffice, Corporate), and they completely ignored me. The only response I got was a single, useless robotic template saying "as soon as possible." There is absolutely NO HELP from their team.
To make matters worse, their customer service formally THREATENED TO SUSPEND MY TRADING ACCOUNT simply because I am following up on my own stuck money! This is pure financial bullying and mental torture to cover up their broken payment gateway.
I demand that a human supervisor manually verify UTR: 656220123097 and credit my Trading ID: 391527350 immediately. I am already escalating all 30 unanswered email logs and these suspension threats to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and filing a fraud case with the Indian Cyber Crime Cell. Stay away from XM Global—they hold your capital hostage and threaten you!

My account number is 317408331. I used this platform honestly, but the exact moment I requested a withdrawal, they intentionally banned my account. They made a completely fake excuse that I violated their policies. I provided all my documents and every piece of evidence they asked for, but they ignored it and confiscated my entire fund. This is the biggest fraud. Please do not trust them and never deposit your hard-earned money here!
I am writing this to alert everyone about the highly irresponsible deposit management at XM. On June 25th, 2026, I deposited ₹18,000 using the official deposit link provided inside the XM platform. The system redirected me to a provider named "Amal Lottery Agency". Since that day, my funds are marked as pending, and I have received absolutely no service or credit in my trading account.This money was borrowed on high interest, and this prolonged delay has pushed me into a severe financial and health crisis, including hospitalization-level stress. Instead of taking internal responsibility for their faulty payment provider link, XM support simply asked me to resolve it via my bank.State Bank of India (SBI) has formally verified this failure and initiated an official Chargeback dispute under Ticket Number 1040907902 for "Goods and Services Not Provided". My current XM Case ID is 7G2ZLF. I demand that XM Senior Management intervene immediately, stop playing email games, coordinate with their backend payment operator, and credit or refund my ₹18,000 right now.
They Used to Be Reliable, But Now They Are Withholding My Funds and Stalling Me! (Account ID: 92002139)
I have been using the XM platform for a long time. They used to be a reliable broker that I even recommended to my friends. However, recently, everything has changed. For weeks, they have refused to let me withdraw my principal capital and keep stalling me with fabricated technical excuses.
The injustice did not stop there. While the market was moving exactly in my predicted direction, they intervened from the outside and forcefully closed all my active positions with a "Manual" closing reason!
Here is the exact, penny-by-penny breakdown of my losses and the profits they withheld:
Forcefully Closed Positions: I had a total of 0.25 Lot Gold (GOLD) and 0.13 Lot Silver (SILVER) open positions.
Forced Loss: By closing these trades prematurely while the market was in my favor, they forced a loss of -$56.15 on my account.
Withheld Take-Profit (TP) Earnings: If my trades had not been interfered with and had reached my pre-set "Take Profit" (TP) targets, I would have made exactly +$4,024.50 in net profit.
Total Financial Damage: Due to XM's unfair intervention, I have been subjected to a total financial loss of $4,080.65 (withheld profits + forced losses).
Blocked Balance: My current remaining account balance, which includes my principal deposit that they refuse to release, is $903.87.
The Total Balance I am Entitled To: If my trades had run properly according to the rules, my account balance today would be exactly $4,984.52.
Despite me providing every single requested document, verification video, and Binance deposit receipt perfectly, they still refuse to release my funds. I have officially submitted this entire case, along with all screenshots and technical evidence, to their regulatory body, the Belize FSC (Financial Services Commission), as a formal complaint.
I am warning everyone: If you do not want your hard-earned profits and principal capital to be withheld, stay away from this broker! I will keep updating this complaint on every platform until my issue is resolved down to the last penny.

Disappointing Experience- No fair Process or Opportunity to Respond
I am extremely disappointed with how my account was handled.
I received an email after withdrawal submission that my account was allegedly connected to another account that had been terminated! However, I was never contacted beforehand, never given an opportunity to explain, and no evidence was provided to support this conclusion.
Instead of conducting a transparent investigation or allowing me to respond, the company immediately decided to close my account, nullify my trades, and cancel all profits that suppose to be my profit. Such a serious decision should be supported by clear evidence and a fair review process.
As a client,I expected professionalism, transparency, and due process. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite. Decisions that significantly affect customers should not be made without first giving them a chance to present their side.
Overall, this experience has been deeply disappointing and has significantly undermined my trust in the company.

My withdrawal request was rejected, my account was terminated, and I was asked to submit additional verification and compliance documents. I provided all the requested documents over a week ago and only received a confirmation that they had been received.
Since then, I have not received any update regarding the review or the withdrawal of my remaining balance. Every time I contact customer support, I receive the same generic response: "Please wait, the relevant team will contact you as soon as possible."
I also had a USD 30 administrative fee deducted from my account without receiving a clear and specific explanation for the alleged violation. Referring me to the Terms and Conditions without explaining the exact reason is not acceptable.
I have already submitted a formal complaint and I am still waiting for a meaningful response. I hope XM resolves this matter promptly by completing the review, processing my remaining balance, and providing a transparent explanation for the actions taken.
Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.

Misleading Response from XM Refer a Friend Program
I am extremely frustrated with the way XM is handling my referral reward.
My referee has fulfilled all the requirements of the Refer a Friend program, yet my referral status continues to show as Pending. I have contacted support several times, and each time I receive the same generic response that my referee has not met the required trading volume. However, based on the trades completed, I am confident that the requirement has been met.
What is even more disappointing is that no one is willing to explain exactly what is still missing. Instead of providing a clear breakdown of the trading volume they have calculated, they simply repeat the same response without any transparency.
I am now seeking serious attention from XM to investigate this matter properly and provide a detailed explanation. If there is indeed a requirement that has not been met, I expect clear evidence and calculations instead of vague responses. If all the conditions have been satisfied, then my referral reward should be processed without further delay.
I have always trusted XM, but this experience has left me disappointed. I hope this complaint receives the attention of someone who can resolve the issue fairly and transparently.

XM has been extremely disappointing, mainly because of their customer support.
Their responses are robotic, full of copy-and-paste templates, and they never properly explain the actual issue. Instead of addressing my questions directly, they keep sending generic replies that don't help at all.
I refunded all of my cryptocurrency deposits and traded more than enough to meet the required conditions, yet I was still denied my refund without a clear or reasonable explanation. Every time I asked for clarification, I received the same scripted responses.
The support representative named Ben was particularly unprofessional. I found him rude, dismissive, and lacking the knowledge and communication skills expected from someone in customer support. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he made the experience even more frustrating.
It seems XM has not invested enough in educating and improving its customer support team. Based on my experience, the same poor standards continue, with little focus on professionalism, transparency, or helping customers understand decisions.
I expected much better from a company of this size. They have a lot of work to do on their customer support!!

I am a verified client of XM Global (Account: 317146975). I have been trading and making successful deposits/withdrawals via crypto for months. However, as soon as my account reached a profitable final balance of $13,520 USD, XM arbitrarily blocked and removed my cryptocurrency withdrawal channel.
Their support team refused to cooperate, and they sent a final email stating that they would no longer respond to my inquiries regarding this issue. Freezing funds and blocking communications of a profitable client is highly unethical.
I have already escalated this matter to the FSC Belize regulator and WikiFX. I demand that XM Global reactivates my crypto withdrawal method immediately so I can safely withdraw my $13,520 USD.

It has been over 1 week and I am still unable to withdraw my own funds. Every time I try to withdraw, the system shows the same error: “Try again later or contact XM support.”
I deposited via crypto using two wallets. XM asked for proof of my crypto wallets, which I fully provided (videos and screenshots). After 3 days, support emailed me saying I could withdraw now.
However, when I tried again, the exact same error remained.
Since then, every email reply from XM just says “we are checking” or “your case is under investigation”, with no clear explanation, no timeline, and no resolution. It has now been 1 full week with no result.
This is my own money, deposited using crypto, and I provided all requested proof. I have used crypto with other brokers before and never faced this issue.
Very disappointing experience. Poor communication, no transparency, and unacceptable delay in releasing client funds.

Despite fully cooperating with XM and submitting every document requested, my account has now been terminated.
•I provided complete bank statements, transaction proofs, and all supporting documents requested by XM.
•My bank confirmed that no chargeback or dispute was initiated from my side.
•XM repeatedly claimed a chargeback was received but failed to provide any chargeback reference number, proof, or evidence linking it to me.
•I even shared evidence showing that I never received any refund related to the disputed deposit.
•Instead of investigating the matter properly with their Payment Service Provider, XM continued sending generic responses.
•My account was placed in read-only mode for months, preventing me from trading.
•After all the cooperation and documentation provided, XM chose to terminate the account rather than provide a clear explanation or evidence.
•This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount of time spent following up and providing everything requested.
FINAL OUTCOME: Account terminated despite full cooperation, no proven chargeback from my side, and no satisfactory resolution provided. Potential clients should be aware of how such disputes may be handled.

I am sharing my experience to seek clarification and advice from the trading community.
I opened an XM Global trading account and deposited USD 100 through Binance Pay. After trading for a few days, I made approximately USD 74 in profit.
Later, my account was disabled by XM Global. I received emails stating that my account had allegedly violated their Terms and Conditions and that my profits had been adjusted/removed.
I am not disputing the profit adjustment in this post.
My concern is about my original deposited funds.
Facts:
• Original Deposit: USD 100
• Trading Profit: Approximately USD 74
• Account Status: Disabled by XM Global
• XM’s Position: Terms & Conditions violation and profit adjustment
• My Concern: What happened to my original USD 100 deposit?
I have checked my Binance transaction history and have not received any refund or reversal of my original deposit.
I contacted XM support, Pakistan support, and the AML department multiple times. However, I only received automated responses and no clear answer regarding my deposited funds.
I am simply requesting one of the following:
1. Proof that my original USD 100 deposit was refunded, including a refund transaction ID.
OR
2. The exact Terms & Conditions clause that allows XM Global to retain my original deposited funds.
