FUNDED NEXT CHANGE MY TRADING THRU BIG CAPITAL FOR THE CHALLENGE

It was first account, I had a great experience

Yesterday during CPI I had orders with a maximum stop loss of 9$ but checking the account afterwards it had already breached and my orders had losses greater than 40$ why is that,,I need answers and now my account is breached

🚨 SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND TECHNICAL MANIPULATION 🚨
I am a professional trader with 7 years of active market experience. I do not gamble. I successfully passed both evaluation phases, proving my consistency and strict risk management, and finally received my $50,000 funded account just a couple of days ago.
I trade carefully, I do not use excessive lot sizes, I do not trade during high-impact news, and I always place strict Stop Losses. There can be absolutely ZERO complaints about my trading style.
Despite my professional execution on their cTrader platform, their system completely failed. I experienced an absurd, massive slippage. My Stop Loss was completely ignored by their servers, artificially dragging my account into a breach of the daily loss limit. This was not normal market execution; this was a complete failure of their trading infrastructure.
And what did FundedNext do? Instead of acknowledging their technical error and restoring my account, they completely wiped it out. They stole my funded account due to an error I am not responsible for. They refuse to take responsibility, they ignore my messages, and support is absolutely useless (Ticket #116730482).
How can anyone trade with a prop firm when such things happen outside of your control, and the company does absolutely nothing to fix it? If their platform cannot execute a basic Stop Loss, it is a SCAM.
Traders, BE WARNED! Please share this message across all trading communities. Think twice before buying a challenge here. Protect your capital, your time, and your nerves. You are not protected from their server glitches, and they will use any excuse to fail you. AVOID FUNDEDNEXT AT ALL COSTS!

Fundednext is the best prop firm.
They provided quick customer service regarding both payment and answering my questions, and they also had clear rules.It makes me feel no anxiety at all when trading with them.

GOOD PAYMENT AND WELL RECEAVED

Every thing about this broker it excellent but after 21 days withdrawal is very bad and our profits can’t directly transfer to credit card or bank account.

I've had a great experience with FundedNext so far. The challenge process was clear and well-structured, with no time limit which really helps trade at your own pace without unnecessary pressure. The dashboard is easy to navigate and account setup after passing Phase 1 was quick and smooth. Customer support has also been responsive whenever I had questions. Overall a solid platform for prop trading.

It is generally hard to get funded with nextunded they will use all means to keep you out .

The spread is too wide. You cannot execute a trade in a 10-15 point move. And when the market is volatile and you place and order, you want see your order until you refresh the app , turn on yiur internet 3,4 times. You sell/Buy at a point and it triggers your trade somewhere 2points away from there. You need to place your sl somewhere 10 points away from where you usually put place it, and you tp should be only 8 points. To gain 8 points you need to lose 10 points. Better for swing traders.
