Avoid if possible. My payment was authorised, but no order was created. Despite multiple phone calls and emails, YOOX has repeatedly failed to provide the simple confirmation my bank needs to release the funds sooner. Instead, they keep saying they’ll “investigate” and push the issue back onto Mastercard, leaving me without £130 and no order. The lack of ownership and poor customer service has been incredibly frustrating.

Absolutely disgraceful company.
Absolutely disgraceful company.
Seven months later, my order is still unresolved, I still haven't been refunded, and my repeated requests for escalation have been ignored. Customer service has been nothing but dismissive from the beginning.
To make matters worse, YOOX publicly claimed that my issue had been resolved. That statement is false. Nothing was resolved, no refund was issued, and I have been forced to begin legal action after being advised by Trading Standards.
This has been the most appalling customer service experience I have ever had. A company that treats customers this way and then publishes misleading public replies deserves none of your trust. Avoid at all costs.

How to lose a client effectively 
Unfortunately, Yoox doesn’t seem to appreciate long-standing relationships. Multiple emails have not been answered, and when following up by phone, the answer that everything had been communicated, and that one would have to wait 21 days for further action, was the only non-empathetic statement, the agent could come up with. Leaving a client with a problem that Yoox and UPS had caused, and are solely responsible for, is totally unacceptable.
