Nice. bust still now some issue . i hobe solve it as soon as possible

Zek was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I was a slow learner but he guided me through pages and converting a word document to a PDF so I could post on my web site. For that help, I am very grateful.

I was very impressed with Wordpress hosting site migration and support. Top notch associates help online after migration and scheduled introduction to Wordpress.com. Overall I’d highly recommend for an affordable website and support. It took the stress out of my move for a non-profit site to a helpful affordable option. Dallas was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful!

Working with WordPress support is always a great experience. They helped me solve the one problem about turning on Help. Turns out it was fairly simple and a little change to the interface. As far as trying to help me with the review page, we didn’t get very far. I didn’t really draw a conclusion just gave me some ideas which is good. I’m in advanced computer person anyway.

Learning about a new website has been challenging for me and I haven't practiced enough between onboarding calls. However nothing has been too much trouble to go over several times and Nick at WordPress has always been patient and positive however much I have dragged my feet. With his help I will get there!

For what it's worth, Wordpress does very well for setting up websites. It has an easy to use interface with smooth navigation. The one thing that could use some improvement is providing solutions and plugins for free users. Not everyone has deep pockets.

Other than that, it's very good overall.

I had been a customer of IONOS for over ten years. In the last few years, IONOS has been using WordPress for website development. I trust IONOS, so I started using WordPress. Though I encountered some difficulties, IONOS's support helped me. My nightmare started when I published my blog. Foreign organizations and hackers had used it to promote all kinds of websites, including pornographic ones. I have to dedicate a lot of time EVERY DAY to clean out my blog. It has happened for months now. I tried to find help without success. Even escalated the case in IONOS customer service. They say I should follow what I already tried, without success. DO NOT TRUST IN WORDPRESS as a tool in IONOS.

The customer service and tech support team was great and very hands-on when we had to move our website from GoDaddy to WordPress direct. It was an easy experience, and they were extremely helpful!

Now that I got help to put my blog site back the way it was before WP removed the classic editor, and I have the classic editor to use, it is working fine. Saves so much valuable time.

Working with Wordpress overall has been excellent. We had some glitches early on because I made mistakes.

When we got to building the website, it was clear that the team performed well at interpreting the outcome I had worked hard to design.

The WordPress Support and Onboarding staff have been responsive and high quality. I have felt central to the process and it looks like these staff are available to me when I need them.

As someone who know what I want to see from tech stuff like a website but have no knowledge of how to get there, WordPress has been an excellent service to use.

I am using a lesson book to assist me as I have never done a web page building before this one.

I've been running the Outside The Beltway blog since January 2003. The site has over 50,000 posts and 1.5 million comments. After using various hosting companies, including dedicated servers, for all that time, I finally moved to WordPress because the site hosts simply couldn't handle a website that large and we were experiencing constant lags and downtime.

Moving to WordPress solved that instantly, even though we are on a theme built in 2018 that's not compatible with more recent WordPress builds. But we got so much more than that in WordPress support.

Zohair Yousafi has guided us through the onboarding and the building of a new theme. I've been on multiple video calls with him and he's been incredibly patient and helpful. Even though I've been using WordPress for close to two decades (I ran the site on Blogger for a few months and Movable Type for a couple of years), it was mostly from the post editing and plugin installation and maintenance side. He helped us select an existing Automattic theme (Spiel) and make rather extensive modifications.

We're now at the stage of porting the development theme with the existing site. We're confident Zohair and the rest of the WordPress team will make it as smooth as possible.

I took the Express Website option (there was a free offer with only a few extra pages to pay extra for) and was very pleased. The design was excellent; I know WordPress sites work like a charm! This isn't my first website—I have experience with website builders, and the difference is colossal. I recommend the WordPress team to anyone who loves the sound of cha-ching!
