Pampling Reviews 

I discovered this shop during my vacation in Madrid two years ago. Since then, I've ordered many T-shirts from their online store, and they've always arrived in Greece without any issues. Excellent quality, great fit, and beautiful prints. Highly recommended!!!

I live in the USA and ordered some stuff from this website after I got back from Europe since I liked the design. However, the customer service / shipping is horrible here.

Its been more than a month since I placed my order (which was a birthday gift). It never comes and I email them, they tell me its been lost. Why am I the one who has to reach out to tell them its been lost? And then what i originally wanted is out of stock.

Wouldn't not recommend anyone ordering from here if you want your clothes in a timely manner / at all.

made a 40€ purchase, instead of sending it to my country they sent it to Spain.

The tracking website doesn't allow me to change it, it's been over 15 days and support doesn't reply anymore, they only asked me to change it myself, this is ridiculous.

Edit: 7 hours after this comment was made I got a message saying my order would be substituted, idk if it was timing, but it shouldn't have to take so much of a stretch from a client to get something like this solved...15 days "in the dark". Also the shipping address wasn't wrongfully filled by me, it was wrongfully filled by Pampling, as on my profile and order the address is correct - it is on the tracking website that it is wrong.

The t-shirts have quality and the prints are so good as in the photos

Everything was fine: the shipping, the shipping information, shipping times, the packaging, the goods.

I've been ordering from Pampling for a couple of months in a row now and the quality and support has always been good. I do think I am close to having everything I would like to have though, new items don't come by very often ... more oversized shirts please :)

Terrible! After 10+ days from my order I receive an "out of stock" email. I reply, stating I'm not willing to continue with the order considering. After another 5+ days they acknowledge the request and state they will cancel the order and issue a refund. 10 days later, after I insisted, they state they have just processed the refund. A total mess! I used to like this company, now first they lowered the quality of their cotton t-shirts and now their logistics and customer service is crap. Never again!

And now, I need to contact them again to explain what I already have? Are they insane???
By the way, 2 more days and no sign of my refund... at this point I'm even thinking they stole from me...

I have bought several times from Pamplings and everytime they have been amazing. The deliveey was kn time, the products perfect. There has been one time one of the products was a little damaged but I reached out to the customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the issue. I will definitely buy again in the future!

I wanted to buy one specific t-shirt I have seen in 2025 while I was on vacation in Spain.Unfortunatelly this specific design is available only on pampling.com site, they "made" the clothes there and then send them.

I have recived the package 4 weeks after purchase, even when I was ensured by support from pampling that it will arrive before Christmas. Lack of support by this company is the worst I have ever seen - I had to ask multiple time, where my package is, the package was not handed over to the carrier for whole week even while support told me it was. Another riddiculous situation was when support sent me different package tracking number for some package in Switzerland. The tshirt was labeled as L (large) but in fact was atleast 1 size bigger (XL).

Conclusion: horrible company - lack of support, missleading information, poor quality of product + wrongly labeled sizes. "Gift" option is also riddicilous - I received a crumpled paper bag with a Christmas message to wrap the T-shirt in.

Not so bad, i like their shirt even sometimes design is littel bit strange for me. Op when they are in offer!

Bought a lot of new socks. The quality seems good. Some are thicker like sport socks. The images on the socks look nice. Good price too. Love it!
