Over a month for them to conduct their source of funds review. No problem, sure. But then I didn't pass the review and they blocked my withdrawal sure fine. But all my deposits I put into the site from the time the SoF was prompted till the ending of it surely should be returned back to me? Because if not you've kept my deposits that you deem non acceptable as well as my withdrawal. Leaving your company net positive and me negative? Complaints procedure stage 1 is aimed to be reviewed in 14 days, only to be met with an update of its going to be longer. It seems like every team is delayed and not one can give a prompt answer to anything. It seems like you're trying to get customers to raise bank disputes so you can forfeit all monies. Not one pleasant experience with any team customer support, Complaints or verification. I just want my deposits back.

I love their no nonsense approach. Withdrawal are more or less instant. Customer service team don’t mess about, any problems they sort you straight out. I can’t fault them to be fair. Keep up the good work Mr Q

Withdrawals are instant always never had a problem

Tried to reopen account, got told it was now open by support, waited 3 days and then tried to login and the account is still closed. Very unprofessional in my opinion on how they handled this situation. Ended up just walking away because going around in circles trying to open account.

I used mr q all the time it was my main go to site ...but I have noticed the change ...the free football game is awful as many have stated ...and never have I gotten any free spins in the Friday drop or the £10 dropped into accounts 🤔. Also the winning on slots doesn't seem to be the same before you have a good play now it just eats your money ...mr q I never had a problem good payouts and quickly now it seems to have gone downhill 😕. Tbh it's not my fav go to site anymore.

I didn’t think this company could get any worse, after a year and a half of fighting to get my winnings, I finally get a new psssport (even though my old one was in date when I won the money and when they asked me to send a screenshot of it).I swear they waited till it was out of date to ask me to send in another screen shot.
Anyway I get a new passport and email to tell them this.
I was sent an email back within 24 hrs saying I needed to email off the email I had opened the account with.
So that’s what I did.
I’ve sent 3 emails now first one 3 weeks ago nearly each time getting an automated reply saying they would get back to me within a day, and I’ve not had one reply.
Not only is it really rude, it feels like now I have my new passport there should be nothing stopping me getting my winnings, except if the company I won the money with hasn’t even got the decency to reply to not one but 3 emails.
It’s absolutely disgusting.
At least I have had so much more of you read my reveiws and if so have hopefully stayed clear of this site as they are scammers and theives.
I am not going to stop posting till I get what i won fair and square.
Please if you read this review I am just a disabled woman that won nearly £500 and have been trying to get the money since I won it in nov 2024.
If you have read my review just look at how many other people have also had issues when trying to get there winnings, stay away as there’s so many other sites out there that are honest as this site isn’t

Mr Q used to give decent bonuses, but since introducing U vs Q: Penalty Panic, I've noted nothing but losses from 08/07/2026 to 14/07/2026, through a spreadsheet I've been tracking across 12 gamblings sites with free promos.

There has never been a situation where I have "not" saved and compared to other gambling sites who offer "free promotions" for returning customers, not just ones who pay but for ones who don't like myself, and often times stick to free things daily, it's not a good look when your previous "U vs Q" promotion was vastly more fairer, even if the wins were few and far between to begin with.

I still enjoy my time on the site, but I always stick to free promos on gambling sites as I don't want to fall into the trap of depositing money that I know I will immediately lose. I hope this feedback reaches the right people.

The gimmick is so true I loved it last time I done a review I hate it this review -£4119 and not a game play is just a hateable offence
