Customer Service is ALWAYS Impeccable!
The customer service at Fasbags is phenomenal! There was a delay in customs overseas and they reached out to let me know. Within 2 days, the package was moving and I received it 4 days later. Azura is who I dealt with and her kindness and understanding does not disappoint. This is my 2nd purchase from them and the product is an amazing replica. Will continue to purchase from them in the future. I highly recommend!!

I was very skeptical but……
I was very skeptical, ordering a bag from a company that I didn’t know or had not been referred to in the past, but I did my research and trustpilot.com gave me the confidence to do so.
I have been impressed with the communication via text about the approximate arrival of my bag and the communication since then has been really good. I would recommend ordering from this company.

Quality all around
From the moment I ordered the communication from the company on shipping was excellent. When the bag arrived it was in perfect condition and the quality was much higher than I expected. I changed my mind on the size of the bag, and instead of making me hassle to return it, they arranged for me to keep it for a very nice discount, get the correct size and that bag was shipped fast and also gorgeous. I couldn't be happier with the quality, price, and especially the customer service. I will definitely purchase more from this quality seller

1st time purchase = AMAZED
I was a little hesitant as this was my first order and I emailed the company and was surprised to receive a quick response by a live human. I was assisted by Eric who was super sweet and very helpful even to provide a photo of the wallet I purchased before it wrapped up and packaged. To my surprise it arrived 7 days after placing the order which is insanely fast. When I received it and inspected it I was truly impressed by the quality and will definitely be going broke buying more items. Definitely recommend 100/10 quality and service!
