I am very happy with the communication and tracking info. When my bag came, I was very impressed by it. It looks exactly as pictured. There are a lot of details on my bag that I was pleased to see. It had a synthetic odor upon unboxing, but that went away quickly.

I was concerned at 1st but every text and email was quickly answered. Tracking was shared with me and it arrived early. My Louis Vuitton bag was carefully packaged. I am so thrilled to write this review. I was very skeptical to place an order but I communicated with Elsa prior and she assured me that it was a safe website. I ordered a Louis Vuitton wallet and Elsa’s customer service was excellent!! Because I was so skeptical she kept me updated continuously right until I received my wallet. I absolutely love the wallet the quality is amazing and I will be ordering on a continuous basis. My daughter will be ordering as well.
