Order still not received

I placed my order on 25th May. On 4th June I received an email saying that it “was in the final stage of production” would be dispatched in “a few days”. The email also apologised for the delay due to the business changing premises. I have since sent five emails asking for an update and latterly a refund. I have had no response whatsoever to any emails and no delivery. I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Who knows whether I will ever receive my order or, preferably, a refund.

If possible a zero rating would be…

If possible a zero rating would be deserved. Just read the other comments/reviews and go elsewhere. Company will never answer a phone or reply to any message left, they ignore emails sent, web chat service - if it’s actually enabled - goes un-replied too.

Awful

Awful - placed order, told about a delay due to workshop and then no further communication. Chased many time for update and no response. Had to cancel by PayPal in the end.

Never received item

Product was never dispatched and when I asked for a refund several months later the seller stopped responding or answering calls. I ended up making a claim on my credit card for reimbursement.

No delivery, no communication — had to claim a refund through PayPal
We placed an order for homeware/furniture and paid over £150. More than a month on, the goods had not arrived, and we received no meaningful update despite repeated attempts to contact the company by email, phone, and messaging.
We were unable to get even basic information — expected production time for a non-personalised item, or an estimated delivery date. The company was consistently unresponsive across every channel.
In the end, we did not know what else to do and had to open a dispute through PayPal to recover our money. The refund was granted. We would strongly caution other buyers to think carefully before purchasing — and if you do, paying via PayPal or credit card may offer you some protection.

Very pleased with my doorstop

Very pleased with my doorstop - it works well and fits. But it took a long time to arrive. I had an email that it would be ready in a couple of days and it was another month.

The oak tree did arrive , beautifully packaged and craftsmanship looks amazing . Not assembled it yet though .
Sorry you’ve been through such a difficult time . Hope you get much needed help with your customer services so that your business can continue to flourish . You certainly have a talent that deserves it .

Order never delivered

Order never delivered, no response to phone calls, no response to emails, no response to feedback on instagram. Had to get my credit card company to refund the money. That was another unnecessary drama. Avoid at all costs!

This order was made and dispatched as requested using Royal Mail First Class. As this is an untracked service, I’m unable to confirm delivery once it leaves us.

I have checked our records and I don’t have any emails, calls, or messages from you to let us know the item hadn’t arrived. If I had been made aware, I would have arranged a replacement or refund straight away.

I put in an order in November 2025…

I put in an order in November 2025 which I did not receive despite several emails with no I reply. I eventually went to my credit card provider who reimbursed my money after investigating the matter.
Very disappointing as i had used this company before and liked their product.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Worst customer service. I haven’t received my item and it’s been 4 months since I ordered the item. I disputed it with my bank and they contacted the owner who made out he had sent me the item.

Worst experience shopping online in 30…

Worst experience shopping online in 30 years. Business suggested next day delivery then gave a list of excuses for not delivering a month later. Refused to communicate. Had to get credit card company involved to refund purchase.
