We needed a new shower in our flat and Sharpes sorted it, we are very pleased.

Genuine as it comes I didn’t know Andrew and the team prior promise.
However these guys are awesome in every single aspect marketing, communicating back wow, finding and providing accurate vetting information.
Seriously these guys are a rarity in this game and I’ve been a landlord for over 25 years.

Since the first appointment to visit the flat, the service was great, and in less than one week we had everything ready to move. Every time I got a question, the answer was faster than expected and efficient. I will use the company again, and of course recommend it to any person or family to move quickly.

Andrew was fantastic throughout the sale of my property. He went above and beyond chasing the buyer, dealing with difficult solicitors, and always keeping things moving forward. He was consistently professional, responsive, and patient — no matter how many phone calls or questions I had along the way.
Andrew was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a property.

Following my earlier complaint about Sharpes Estates and the handling of viewings during my tenancy, Sharpes emailed me on 15 April 2026 stating that reviews had been reported to Google and Trustpilot and were anticipated to be removed.

On 17 April 2026, I sent Sharpes Estates a fresh UK GDPR request about review-related personal data, including any data held about me, or about a reviewer Sharpes Estates believed to be me, in connection with those reports.

The firm is entitled not to engage in further general correspondence if that is its position. However, that does not remove its obligation to deal properly with data rights requests made under UK GDPR.

As of today, I have not received an acknowledgement or confirmation that the request is being dealt with. I understand the statutory deadline for a response is 18 May 2026.

I am recording this as a further update on the handling of my complaint and data-access concerns.

Sharpes are very approachable and friendly. Any issues are usually resolved asap.

Had two property viewings with Nicole, who was lovely and very helpful. The process thereafter has been smooth so far, with all the queries answered promptly. My friend and I are just waiting to have the final contract to be sent over for us to sign.

Update April 2026: Following my formal complaint of December 2025 about the viewing arrangements during my tenancy, I submitted a Subject Access Request in January 2026 under Article 15 UK GDPR seeking the personal data Sharpes Estates held about me in connection with the tenancy and complaint.

Sharpes Estates responded stating that they held no personal data relating to me in respect of those matters, including no viewing logs, complaint records or communications. I have since written asking them to clarify that position, given that I hold contemporaneous emails and WhatsApp messages from Sharpes staff, and given Sharpes’ own complaint response of December 2025 and public reply to my review of December 2025 in January 2026.

I have also asked them to clarify their record-retention position. The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice states: “You must keep clear and full written records of your relationship with landlords and tenants for at least six years.”

I am currently awaiting their clarification.

I sent Sharpes Estates a Subject Access Request under the UK GDPR. As of 27 January 2026, there has been no acknowledgement at all. Not a great sign for their data handling or compliance culture.
