This was such a seamless experience. I sent in photos of my ring, they gave it a fair value and sent me the FedEx label. I brought the ring to FedEx on a Saturday, they recieveeiit Monday morning and by 1PM on Monday, I'd received my funds. Mark, my Client Services rep was so gracious and easy to work with. Very clear, thorough and fast. 10/10 recommend this service to sell your jewelery.

When I tried to sell my 5 karat diamond and even booked a slot and sent them photos no one responded for a whole 5 months before telling me that they. Could only give 4 thousand for it when it is made of pure gold and a 5 karat diamond on top

I had an incredible first experience selling with MyGemma! I had a Tiffany ring I wanted to sell, but have not good luck locally. I found MyGemma through Google searches and Reddit comments. It was very easy to submit my inquiry on a Sunday night; I submitted four requested photos, my original receipt, and other documentation about the ring. Much to my surprise, I woke up Monday morning to an offer to sell or consign. I got a phone call as well as an email from Mark which was helpful.

I opted to sell (transparently, I would have earned approximately 40% more if I’d consigned but as this is my first experience with MyGemma, I wanted to keep it simple - I might choose to consign going forward). All of the communication was fantastic. The instructions were clear (there are steps involved to protect both parties) and I received the shipping label almost immediately. Mark was so fast and so helpful! I mailed the package same day, and it arrived in NYC in less than 48 hours. It was inspected quickly and I was sent the final offer to sign and provide my bank account info (I could have been paid by check, PayPal, or wire). I opted to be paid via wire and I’ve already received the funds - less than 72 hours after submitting my ring online!

This was fantastic experience and I highly recommend MyGemma. I will be back as both a buyer and seller!
